1.General

1.1.Purpose

ThisdocumentdefinesallthespecificinformationtoberequiredtothevariousNIequipmentSuppliers,informationthatwillbeappliedspecificallyintheframeofthesiteerectionandcommissioningactivitiesoftheconcernedequipment.

Thedifferentspecificinformationtoberequiredfromtheequipment'sSupplieriscoveringthefollowingtopics:

–EquipmentErectionInstructions（EI）:

standardandspecificrequirementsfromtheequipment'sSuppliertobeappliedduringthetransportation/storage/erection/maintenanceactivitiesoftheconcernedequipment.

–Supplier'sSpecificErectionRequirementsLists（SSERL）:

digestofEquipmentErectionInstructionsthataregatheringthemajorspecificrequirementsissuedbyequipmenttagtosupportandsupplementEquipmentErectionInstructions（EI）.

–EquipmentCommissioningInstructions（CI）:

specificcommissioningprocedureissuedbytheequipment'sSupplierforthecommissioningandstart-upactivitiesoftheconcernedequipment.

–SpecialToolingtobeprovidedbytheequipment'sSupplierandtobeusedforerection,commissioningandmaintenanceactivitiesoftheconcernedequipment.

–SparePartsandConsumablesforErectionandCommissioningPurpose（SE）:

listofrecommendedspareparts/consumablestobeprovidedbytheequipment'sSupplier,spareparts/consumablesthatareintendedtobeconsumedduringerectionandcommissioningactivitiesoftheconcernedequipment.TheSparePartsandConsumablesforOperationPurpose（SO）areexcludedfromthisspecification,asdetailedin§6.1.

TheEquipmentOperatingandMaintenanceManual（EOMM）iscitedinthisdocumentduetoitsutilizationduringErectionandCommissioningactivities,buttheEOMMisnotdetailedinthisspecificationconsideringitsutilizationlargerthanErectionandCommissioningactivities.ThemanagementofEOMM（s）isalsooutofthescopeofresponsibilityofErectionandCommissioningEngineeringteams.

ThisdocumentisapplicabletoallNuclearPowerPlant（NPP）Contract.

1.3.Scope

ThisspecificationiscoveringallthemechanicalandelectricalequipmentfortheNuclearIslandprovidedbythePurchaserintheframeoftheconcernedNPPContract,totheexceptionoftheMainPrimaryComponentsmanufacturedbyAREVANP,i.e.:
