1.General概述
1.1Thisagreementistheappendixofcontract,andregardedastheintegralpartofthecontract.Thisagreementshallbecomeeffectiveonthedatewhenthecontracthasbeendulyexecuted.本协议作为合同的附则，是合同的组成部分。
本协议将在合同正式实施时生效。

1.4RuleandRegulation规范及规则:
AllmachineryanddevicesofthisvesselshallbeconstructedinaccordancewiththefollowingRulesandRegulations（theeditionandamendmentstheretobeinginforceasofthesigningdateofthisContractorwhichnoticehasatthesigningdateoftheContractbeenpromulgatedandwhichcomeintoeffectafterthesigningdateofthiscontractbutbeforethedeliveryofthevessel）本船设备应满足以下规范及规则（且包括在合同签署时、合同签署日期之后以及交船前生效的版本、修正案或颁布的声明）

2.5.Afterthecontractisexecuted,Vendershouldsubmittheapprovaldrawingtoshipyard/owner/designinstitutewithin2weeksandonesetofdrawinginAutoCADbye-mail.Approvalcommentstobegatheredbyfastfardesigncompany,andtobesuppliedtovenderASAP.合同生效后，设备厂应在2周内向建造方/船东/设计公司递交认可图纸，并通过电子邮件发送AutoCAD版图纸。
各方审核意见由速远船舶公司归口处理，并尽快发送至设备厂商。
2.6.Aftershipyard/owner/designinstitutesupplythecomments,VendershouldmodifythedrawingandsubmittheworkingdrawingwithCADcopytoOwner/shipyard/designinstitutewithin2weeks.船厂/船东/设计公司提出审核意见后，设备厂应根据意见进行修改，并在2周内向各方递交工作图纸以及CAD版图纸。
2.7Finaldrawingsshouldbesenttoshipyard/ownerwithequipments.完工图纸应随设备一同送至船厂/船东。

3.2Painting喷漆
Theouterpaintingofelectricalandmachineryequipmentshouldbeaccordancewithshipowner’srequirement（no-luminouspainttobeusedfortheequipmentplacedinwheelhouse）.电器及机器设备的外部喷漆应满足船东要求（驾驶室内不应使用反光涂料）。

3.4Instrument指示计
Amperemeter,voltmeter,frequencyindicatorandRevolutionindicatoretc.shallhavered-lineindexmarksontheirrespectiveratevalue.Theclassofaccuracyisnotlessthan1.5.电流表、压力计、频率计以及转速计等应有红线刻度指示标准值。
仪表精确度不应低于1.5级。

4.卫生单元洁具及设备配置见附表。

5.技术要求：
TechnicalRequirements
6.1.卫生单元总高2230mm，内净高不小于2030mm，整体布置应以美观、实用、耐用为原则。
Thetotalheightis2230mm;innerclearheightis2030mm.Thewholelayoutshouldontheprincipleofbeauty,practicalityanddurability.
6.2.卫生单元钢质底盘表面采用地砖。
表面平整、美观并保持水密和不积水；单元内配水封式地漏2个，按本船的倾斜原理设置。
地面的倾斜度在淋浴区应大于10mm/m而在洗漱区应大于5mm/m
Thebaseplatematerialusedforthesanitaryunitissteel,whichformaflatsurfaceingoodappearanceandkeepwatertight.2watertightSUSscuppersshouldbearrangedintheunit.Thescuppersshouldbearrangedatthelowestpoint.Theslopeoftheflooronshowerareashouldbemorethan10mm/mandonwashingareabemorethan5mm/m.
6.3.卫生单元内壁板、天花板采用表面贴PVC的复合岩棉板，其表面应平整无气泡、毛刺、划痕等。
复合岩棉板与底盘之间均采用硅胶密封。
ThewallpanelsandtheceilingsinthesanitaryunitsarecompositerockwoolpanelswithPVClaminated.Thesurfaceshouldbeflatwithoutairbubbles,burrsandnicks.Thebottomplateshouldbesealedwithsilicagel.
6.4.卫生单元门为：
公共卫生单元为BO级，其余为C级防火门：
通孔尺寸600mmX1700mm，门框表面静电粉末喷涂门板覆PVC膜，门上配C-4有无人锁。
门上配定门杆或定门器。
门下方与门框间隙为15mm，门铰链应为不锈钢。
Thefireclassofthesanitaryunitdoorforpublictoiletis“B0”class,whileothersare“C”class.Clearopeningsizeis600mm*1700mm.Thesurfaceofframeshouldbepowdersprayedbyelectro-staticmethodandthedoorleafwillbelaminatedwithPVCfilm.ThelocksshouldbeC-4type.Doorcloser&stoppershouldbefittedtodoor.Thegapbetweenthedoorbottomandthedoorframeshouldbe15mm.Thehingesshouldbestainlesssteel.
6.5.卫生单元设三路进水：
冷水，热水及海水。
水管均采用￠15X1紫铜管，冷热水管的连接位置布置于维修区内，管外包保温套管。
与船上连接用￠15的铜质卡套球阀；
Inletpipesforcoldandhotwatershouldbeinstalledinthesanitaryunit.Copperpipes￠15X1aretobeused.Theconnectionjointofthepipesshouldbearrangedinthemaintenancearea.Thepipeoutsidesurfaceshouldbecoveredwithinsulation.￠15copperballvalvesaretobeusedforconnectionwiththevessel.
6.6.卫生单元设两路排水：
灰水、黑水，灰水管为管径￠48不锈钢管；黑水管为管径￠89的PVC管。
排水管与船上管路用软橡胶管，卡箍联接，球阀、橡胶管及卡箍均由设备方提供，连接由船厂自行完成。
Drainpipesforgreyandblackwatershouldbeinstalledinthesanitaryunit.Thegreywaterdrainpipeis￠48SUSandtheblackwaterdrainpipeis￠89PVCpipe.Thedrainagepipesshouldbeconnectedtothepipingsysteminshipwithrubberhoseandclamp.Ballvalve,rubberhoseandclampshouldbesuppliedbytheseller.Allconnectionsshouldbedonebytheshipyard.
6.7.卫生间需配防潮接线盒（4孔4线满足IP56、220V的要求）高于维修三角区上方，内部照明防水型，镜前灯为1X15W、60HZ，带剃须刀水密插座。
电缆线为3芯船用电缆，并预留800mm自由端，卫生单元外的开关由船厂自行完成。
