1.动名词做宾语的口诀:

第一句包含的动词有:

3.faradv.意为“远”,其比较级有两种形式,即farther和further。
farther多表示具体、实际
上的远;而further除了表示实际上的远外,还可以表示抽象的远,有“进一步”之意,因
此可以说可用farther的地方常可用further替换,但反过来则不一定。
试比较:
Icanthrowtheballfartherthanyoucan.(可替换成further)
Itisnecessarytocutdownfurtheronexpenses.ɪk'spens费用(不可替换成farther).进一步削减开支是必要的。
far表示不具体的远,因此当具体数字表达具体的远时,不能与far连用,而应用away。

(1)asfarasIknow意为“据我所知”。
其中asfaras作从属连词,asfaras意为“就……来
说”,引导状语从句,强调程度或范围。
AsfarasIknow,hehasbeenabroad.
(2)sofar“到目前为止”,后面的句子一般用完成时,而且sofar后面一般接比较贬义或
者消极的信息。
Sofarnofurthernewshadbeenobtained.əb'teɪn至今没有得到进一步的消息
(3)byfar……得多,(到目前为止)最……,通常与最高级连用。
随后的形容词最高级要
有定冠词the

(2)method常指有一定逻辑的、科学的方法或方式,常与介词搭配。

是一个单复数同形的可数名词。
