Basedonthefindingsofanin-depthinvestigationand76interviewswithtopandmiddlemanagers,engineersandexternalexperts,theresearchersdiscoveredacultureoffearduetotemperamentalleadersandthatfrightenedmiddlemanagerswerescaredoftellingthetruth.
