七、BillofLoading提单

1.fullsetshipping（company's）cleanonboardbill（s）ofladingmarked"FreightPrepaid"toorderofshipperendorsedto…Bank,notifyingbuyers全套装船〔公司的〕洁净已装船提单应注明〝运费付讫〞，作为以装船人指示为抬头、背书给……银行，通知买方

2.billsofladingmadeoutinnegotiableform作成可议付形式的提单

3.cleanshippedonboardoceanbillsofladingtoorderandendorsedinblankmarked"FreightPrepaid"notify:

importer（openers,accountee）洁净已装船的提单空白抬头并空白背书，注明〝运费付讫〞，通知进口人〔开证人〕

4.fullsetofclean"onboard"billsoflading/cargoreceiptmadeouttoourorder/toorderandendorsedinblanknotifybuyersM/S…Co.callingforshipmentfromChinatoHamburgmarked"Freightprepaid"/"FreightPayableatDestination"全套洁净〝已装船〞提单/货运收据作成以我〔行〕为抬头/空白抬头，空白背书，通知买方……公司，要求物资字中国运往汉堡，注明〝运费付讫〞/〝运费在目的港付〞

5.billsofladingissuedinthenameof…提单以……为抬头

6.billsofladingmustbedatednotbeforethedateofthiscreditandnotlaterthanAug.15,1977提单日期不得早于本证的日期，也不得迟于1977年8月15日

7.billofladingmarkednotify:

buyer,〝FreightPrepaid〞〝Linerterms〞〝receivedforshipment〞B/Lnotacceptable提单注明通知买方，〝运费预付〞按〝班轮条件〞，〝备运提单〞不同意

mines说明为地雷，属于战争险的负责范畴，能够同意〕

投保一切险和战争险包括水渍险，破裂缺失有5%绝对免赔率，按全部物资运算，包括仓至仓条款，负责到买方在槟城的仓库为止〔的保险单〕一式三份

按发票面值加10%投保战争险，物资到达目的地后15天有效，仅负责平安险和盗窃提货不着险的保险单开给或背书给……

由保险公司签发的保险单或凭证按发票总金额另加10%投保水渍险，包括非限定转船的缺失，在新加坡赔付
