1.船舶稳性要求
ShipStabilityRequirement
1.1.该轮备有专用“装载仪器”可为船舶的稳性提供相应的保障。
Theshiphasspecial“loadingequipmentmaster”whichcanaffordrelevantguaranteefortheshipstability.
1.2.大副根据《装载手册》、《稳性计算手册》负责对预配方案进行核算,合理配载,使船舶稳性处于安全允许值范围。
Accordingto《loadingmanual》、《stabilitycalculationmanual》,ChiefOfficerisinchargeofthecalculationofthepre-stowageplanandloadingreasonabletomakeshipstabilityinsafetypermitlimits.
1.3.船舶装卸前后大副认真进行船舶稳性计算校核,包括装卸前的预算和装卸中的监督以及装卸后的核算,当货物发生变化后,要重新进行计算。

1.4.计算时充分注意自由液面、油水消耗、污水变化和压载水变动等对船舶稳性产生的影响,确保船舶在离港、航行、抵港的过程中均满足要求。
开航前,大副应完成初稳性高度的计算,并将稳性计算中的重要内容摘录记在《船舶稳性计算记录摘要》中,报船长审核确认签字后方可开航。

1.5.船舶在航行中,值班驾驶员应经常测定船体的摇摆周期,核算初稳性高度值,一旦出现摇摆周期超长或摇摆复原过缓等稳性不良状态时,船长应迅速采取改善性的各种有效措施,确保航行安全。

2.船舶下潜操作规程

2.1.下潜准备工作:

2.1.1.确保舱底机舱逃生舱门水密,保持与机舱通信联系畅通。

2.1.2.叉车移走放在E层甲板或车间内。

2.1.3.存放在舱内的漂浮垫舱料若未移出必须使用货网或绳索固定。

2.1.4.下潜水位达舱灯位置(约6米)时,从舱灯到左右通道的开口必须封牢。

2.1.5.舱内松散设备如浮箱、滑梁等必须打开人孔。

2.2.下潜工作

2.2.1.下潜操作应保持尾倾约1米。

2.2.2.压载操作:

2.2.2.1.预先压载使船吃水达到7米,使用边舱NO.23、24、29、30、31、32和底舱NO.15、13、14、19、20压载,越靠近压载泵的舱室压水越快。

2.2.2.2.检查尾门底板(受水压底板可能竖起来)。

2.2.2.3.打开尾门前不必让底部高出水面7米,但也不能让底部超过水下50CM。
只有水深达到30CM打开尾门。
Don'tletthebottomabovethewater7metresbeforeopeningthesterndoor,butalsodon'tletthebottombeyondunderwater50CM.Onlywhenthedepthofwaterreaches30CM,openthesterndoor.
2.2.2.4.使用NO.21、22、5、6舱等监控吃水差。

2.2.2.5.当水漫过机舱逃生孔及下潜过程中尤其应注意舱内水的变化。

2.2.2.6.记住下潜时TPC会减少很多。

2.2.3.下潜装卸货期间:

2.2.3.1.下潜等货状态保持尾门开到约50CM间隙,减少舱内涌浪冲击影响。

2.2.3.2.操作装卸货物时注意不要碰损外伸导轨和三脚架。

2.2.3.3.上浮时应保持同下潜时一样吃水差。

2.2.3.4.保持与机舱通信联系畅通。

2.2.4.过大桥限高超压载操作类同下潜操作。

1.工作概述

1.2.货物装卸和系固由货主负责,船方协助及监督。
每航次装运前货主根据货物情况,由货主提供装载方案、系固方案和计算,并经船方认可;货主负责货物装卸和在船系固。

3.实施

3.1.货物及资料

3.1.1.船长审阅由货主提供的货物资料、货物单证是否足够、是否明确,尤其是尺度、重量、重心、高度等。

3.1.2.船长现场验货,确认货物与货主提供的单证和货物资料一致,货物已组装完毕,确认货物适装。

3.1.3.船长应熟悉装载方案、工艺;检查系固方案,执行确认符合本船的系固手册;大副进行稳性计算,确保稳性能满足本航次可能遇到的极端条件。

3.2.装卸准备

3.2.1.加固系泊,船舷靠紧码头并保持平行。

3.2.2.通知机舱供应足够电力。

3.2.3.悬挂号旗,通知过往船舶慢车驶过,注意了望,必要时用VHF联系。

3.2.4.机舱加派值班人员随时准备按卸货指导人员的指令调整压载水。

3.2.5.系泊设备、装卸时专用系泊设备和装卸货物绞车由水手长检查,大副监督:

3.2.6.钢丝--表面油润;盘绕整齐,无小头;无断股,断丝每米不超过10处,每两处相距0.1m以上,走向正确,连接可靠。

3.2.7.导向滑车生根牢固、活络。
