Feminismreferstowomendemandingequalrightsethoswhichisalsoknownasthedoctrineofmenandwomenequalrights,feminists.Thepaper"OnWomen,"firstproposedbytheFrenchnovelistDumasin1872.FeministmovementistheproductofEnlightenmentthoughtandthemodernwomen'sliberationmovementofthebourgeoisie,topromotethehumanrightsofwomenwhomayhaveequalrightswithmeninallspheresoflife.Feminismhasabroadcultureinmanyaspectssuchaspolitical,economic,legal,educational,religious,ethicalandotherareas,andleadtomassivecontemporaryfeministmovement.
1.1OriginofFeminism
Feminismisamajorsourceoffemaleexperienceandmotivationofsocialtheoryandpoliticalmovementinthewesterncountries.ThewordFeminist-FeminismfirstappearedinFrancewhichmeanswomen'sliberation.WiththespreadofAnglo-American,itbecomesmoreandmorepopular.WhentheMayFourthMovementof1919hadspreadtoChina,itwasconsideredasafeministmovement.InWesterncountries,itinitiallyreferstothepursuitofgenderequality,thefirstsuffrageandsoon.WomeninWesterncountrieshavesecuredequalpoliticalrightsbasicallysince1920sand1930s.Butthesociallifeandpeople'smindsarestillunequaltomen.Feministsbegantorealizethatthisonehasagenderrelationsorgenderpowerproblem.Sowhythefeministmovementbecomesanalysisofgenderinequality,genderpowerstructure,emphasizinggenderanalysis.Chinaalsorecognizesthattherehasbeennotenoughtopicsordiscussionsaboutwomen'srightsaswellasgenderanalysis.Fromfeminism-feminismisnotessentiallydifferent,buttodeepenunderstanding.Atpresent,manyinthecountrywithfeminism,thedeepersignificanceofgenderpowerwithgenderstudiesandfeminististooeasyforpeopletoaccept.Feminismisacombinationoftheoryandpractice.Andgenderequalityisabeliefandideologyaimedagainstallinequalities,includinggenderdiscrimination.
Intheviewofmodernphilosophicalandsocialmovements,feminismhastheoriginsfromtheAgeofEnlightenmentthinkersofthe18thcentury.Suchas"feministdefenseof"MaryWuErShiDong-caratCroftwaswrittenbeforethe19thcentury,fewcanclaimtobeoneofthefewfeministwritings.WUEr-caratCroftStonelikenedthenoblewomen,socialelite,pampered,fragileanddangerousknowledgeandmorallaziness.Shebelievedthatmenandwomenhadtheresponsibilityforthissituation,andthatwomenhadmorepowerthanmenwhichwasamatterofcourse.Butitdoesnotmeantherearenototherwritingsongenderequalitywhichareearlierthanit.(Heinrich58)
1.2Thebasictheory
Feministphilosophycanbesummedupasallkindsoftheoreticalissuesofcommonconcernandapplyvarioustheoriestothefollowingtenaspects.
1.Feminismhasfeminismfoundthatwomeninlowersocialstatusandmiseryarenotunalterable.Whetheritisthefemalegender,orsocialstatusofwomen\identitiesandroles,therealitiesofsocialinjusticearebeingconstructedbythem.Theyhavenochoiceofpowerandability;
2.Theexistenceofthemissingwomenwillbediscussedinthestudy.Ithasfoundthatwomenwhoexistinthesocietyarejustnon-existent,andaresubsidiariesofmenandsubservientpersons;femalenon-existenceofthestateisthepowerofsocialdominationandunreasonablemenhistorycausedbylackingofexpressionoftheentirehumanexistence.
3.Thepracticeoffemalepowerwillalsobeexplored.Insomeaspectssuchaseconomicrights,politicalrightsandlegalpowers,etc.Thefirstistheequalrightsofgenderequality,therighttoequalityawarenessandrealpowerisimportant.However,women'srightsareexcludedandbeingtrampledtosomeextentwhichisstillunexpectedandveryserious;
4.Thereisnoprotectionaboutfemalesecurity.Youneedtomakeanalertandsocialprotectionmeasures;womenareoftensubjectedtoattackandharassmentofmenathomeorpublicplaces;male-centeredsingle-sexrule,treatwithmandatoryandtyrannicalmannerwomenandweakwhichhasledtofemalesexualscourgeofterrorism.
5.Thesufferingofrepressionandcreativityofwomenisignored.Womenarecreatinggreatpowerofhumanculture,buttheircreativityhasbeenneglected.Whatismore,women'screativityandcreationbymenoftheirowntoseizeplunderbecomesall;femalecreativitysuppressedandplunderwhichisduetotheunreasonablesocialstatus.Thisisalosstosocietywhichisunfortunatelyallmankind.
6.Theconsciousself-awarenessandthedevelopmentofwomen'sliberationandfreedomarenotonlysocialproblems,theyarealsowomen’sownproblems.Womenasthemaincreativepracticeareoftennotrecognized,andtheyonlyrelyonself-improvementandself-strugglecombinationofsocialmovementswhomayhavethepossibilityofsuccess.
7.Womenimpartialhumanitarianfactsofdiscriminationagainstwomenexposing.Whenwomentakeontruehumanjustice,fairness,freedomandfraternityduties,theyshouldbetreatedinahumanejusticeinmanyaspectsincludingwomenandnature,ofhumancultureandnationalculture,theindividualandoverall.
8.Women’sorganizationbuildingisurgentlyreformedtoprotectthechanneltoachievejusticeforwomenatanytimeandanyplace.However,whentherightsofwomenarehurt,noonecandiscusswithoutasupportivesocialforces.Itcanbesaidthatasocialorganizationwithmenwhobecameconspiratorsinjuryorevencondoningistheguiltofmenhurtwomenchangedasupport.Women’sorganizationisnotonlyawomen'sfederation,butalsothecourtofpublicsecurityandsocialorganizationsthatallwomenshouldbeprotected.
9.Womenarethesubjectofthepowerofdiscourse,anddiscursivepractices.Becauseinsidemalediscourseandmaledomination,itnotonlyincludeswomen'srights,butalsomalediscourseanddiscursivewaywhicharefullofdestructivewarsandviolenceandmandatory.Womenmustriseandprospectfortheirownhumandevelopment,creatediscoursepowerofwomenandbecomethesubjectofdiscoursepracticeoffemale.Besides,theyshouldtolerancesomeharmoniouswaystobuildanewhumanitarianworld.
10.Thedevelopmentoftheidentityandsocialstatusofwomen'sisestablishedfeministsfoundthatwomendonotliveinthisworld.Theyaremenwhooccupythekingdomofthisworld.Sothereisalargepopulationofmaleregardlessofwhetherthewhiteraceorhavewealthyornot.Potentialcredibility,authority,securityandjusticerewardforapersonwho'sidentityandabilitycanberecognizedinsuchaworld,somepeople'sbehaviorasitsinherentconditionsmaycausedifferencesamongthem.Ratherthanbedeterminedbythebasicsituationofthiscommunityofhumanity,theprivilegedstatusofintentionexistsamongotherthings.Sowomen'sdevelopmentisinself-identityandsocialidentitytogainitsrightfulplaceinthecommunityandafootholdinsociety.Women'sliberationandfreedomisthedevelopmentoffeministtrilogywhichhascreatedacultureofwomen.Thusitbroadprospectsforthedevelopmentandcontributionoftheentirehumanracetogetoutofthecrisissituation
