襄樊学院专升本《大学英语》考试大纲
根据教育部《大学英语课程教学要求》的规定,大学英语的教学是“以英语语言知识与应用技能,学习策略和跨文化交际为主要内容,培养学生的英语综合应用能力,特别是听说能力”。
“考试应以评价学生的英语综合应用能力为主”。
根据上述的规定,本大纲规定以下原则及考试内容。
一、考试目的
1.检查大纲执行情况,特别是大纲所要达到的综合语言技能和交际能力,籍以促进大纲的进一步贯彻落实,从而提高教学质量。
2.选拔优秀学生继续深造学习。
二、命题要求
为了较好地考核学生运用技能的综合能力,既照顾到科学性,客观性,又考虑到英语测试的特点,本考试的形式采取客观试题与主观试题相结合,单项技能测试与综合技能测试相结合的方法。
从总体来说,客观试题占总分的百分之六十,主观试题占总分的百分之四十。
三、考试内容
本考试包括五个部分:
听力理解、阅读理解、词汇与结构、翻译或完型填空、写作。
1、听力理解(PartI:
ListeningComprehension)
1)测试要求
a.能力听懂交际场合中各种英语会话。
b.能听懂VOA特别节目中有关政治、历史、文化教育新闻时事等报到。
c.能基本听懂外国专家用英语讲授的课程。
2)题型
听力理解部分包括二或三个项目:
SectionA,SectionB/C。
考试时间为:
20分钟。

SectionB:
Passages/Dialogues
SectionC:
CompoundDictation
2、阅读理解 (Part2:
ReadingComprehension)
1)测试要求
a、能读懂一般题材的英文文章。
b、能读懂国内外英文报刊,掌握中心意思,理解主要事实和有关细节。
c、能读懂工作,生活中常见的应用文件和材料。
2)题型
阅读理解部分由四篇短文组成,其后共20道题,要求学生根据短文内容,隐含意义,在40分钟内完成。
3、词汇与结构 (Part3:
VocabularyandStructure)
1)测试要求
a、掌握4500个词汇和700个词组,其中2000个词汇为积极词汇,要求会运用。
b、掌握基本的语法知识。
2)题型
本题共30道题,考试时间为15分钟。
4、翻译 (Part4:
Translation)
1)测试要求
a、能对题材熟悉的文章进行英汉互译。
b、译文基本流畅,能翻译时使用适当的翻译技巧。
2)题型
本题为英译汉及汉译英,考试时间为15分钟。
5、写作
1)测试要求
学生能够根据所给的题目及要求撰写120—150词的文章。
该作文要求语言通顺,用词得体,结构合理,意义表达明确。
2)题型
题型由题目和要求组成。
要求应试者按题作文。
考试时间为30分钟。
四、考试要求
本考试是一种测试应试者单项和综合语言能力。
考试范围包括大纲所规定的听读写译四个方面的技能。
目前口试条件尚不具备,所以有关说的技能暂缓测试。
五、考试方法及用时
本考试方法将采用笔试。
考试用时120分钟。
