1.概述Introduction

GYZ-10/26调节润滑油站是一次风机叶片角度调节装置和一次风机轴承润滑装置的重要组成部分，由泵站、控制阀组、油管路等部件组成。

其功能如下：

A:

为一次风机叶片角度调节装置的调节油缸提供合适的压力油源，B：

为一次风机轴承润滑装置提供低压油源，低压系统的安全压力由溢流阀10设定，高压系统的安全压力由溢流阀30设定，高压系统工作压力由一次风机叶片角度调节装置控制；泵站安装在靠近风机的基础上，调节油缸安装在风机调节装置上，泵站高压油用管道连接到调节油缸上，低压油用管道连接到风机轴承装置上，连接管道采用卡套式胶管。

supplieslowpressureoilforbearinglubricationdeviceofprimaryairfan.Thesafetypressureofthelow-pressuresystemissetbyoverflowvalve10,thesafetypressureofthehigh-pressuresystemissetbyoverflowvalve30;theworkingpressureofhigh-pressuresystemissetbythevane[vein]angle[‘æŋgl]regulatingdeviceofprimaryairfan.Thepumpstationisinstalledneartothebaseoftheairfan,andtheregulatingoilcylinder[‘silində]isinstalledontheairfanregulatingdevice.Highpressureoilpipesareconnectedtotheregulatingoilcylinder[‘silində],andlowpressureoilpipesareconnectedtothebearingdeviceoftheairfan,theconnectedpipesuseclipsetrubbertubes.

油箱容积1100L，第一次加油量约1000L。

采用YB-N46抗磨液压油，油液从回油盖加入，并需经过滤精度≤20μm的过滤机过滤。

在调节润滑油站和管路及一次风机全部安装完后，调节润滑油站必须打油循环过滤，当调节润滑油站油液清洁度达到NAS1638标准八级时，调节润滑油站方可投入运行。

Thecapacityoftheoiltankis1100L,thefirstoil-fillingisabout1000L.ItusesYB-N46wear-proofhydraulicoil,theoilisfilledfromoilcover,andmustbefilteredbyafilteringmachinewithfilterfineness[‘fainnis]≤20μm.Aftertheregulatinglubricationoilstationandpipesandprimaryairfanhavebeenallinstalled,theregulatinglubricationoilstationmustbefilledwithoilandgonethroughcirculation.OnlywhentheoilcleanlinessoftheregulatinglubricationoilstationreachesNAS1638standard8thclass,cantheregulatinglubricationoilstationbeputintooperation.SeetheprinciplediagramofGYZ-10/26regulatinglubricationoilstation.

GYZ-10/26调节润滑油站若放在室外使用时，应加防雨棚。

WhenGYZ-10/26regulatinglubricationoilstationisusedinoutdoors,rain-proofshedmustbeused.

2.液压系统元件说明

Hydraulicsystemcomponents

2.1序号1油箱

No.1:

Oiltank

油箱用于储备系统所需的油液，有效容积为1000L，除一次风机叶片角度调节装置外，其余液压元件全部安装在油箱上，油箱侧面装有人孔盖，打开人孔盖可清洗油箱。

该油箱为全封闭式结构。

磁网过滤装置型号CW-D用于滤除回油中的固体颗粒。

2.3序号3空气滤清器

No.3:

Airfilter

空气滤清器型号QUQ2.5-20X3。

空气过滤精度20μm，空气流量3m3/min，油过滤网孔0.5mm。

空气滤清器安装在油箱盖板上，是油箱的呼吸口和加油口。

2.4序号4电加热器

电加热器型号SRY2-240V/3Kw。

功率3kW，交流电源240V/50Hz。

电加热器用于加热油箱中的油液，安装在油箱侧板上。

当油箱油温低于15℃时，启动电加热器加热油液；当油箱油温升至30℃时，加热器断电，停止加热油液。

双金属温度计型号WSS-481用于显示油箱油温。

插入深度150mm。

ModelWSS-481doublemetalthermometerisusedtoindicatetheoiltemperatureintheoiltank.Theinserteddepthis150mm.

2.6序号6液位开关

No.6:

Liquidlevelswitch

液位开关型号701A-F1A-B-A4-XZX373-550。

是一种液面高度电发讯控制装置，用于油箱油位报警，安装在油箱盖板上，当液面降至距油箱盖板上表面550mm时，发出低液位报警信号并切断系统电源，停止工作。

这时应检查系统并及时补充油液，确保系统正常运行。

温度开关型号E402-6BS-W192-M202用于油箱油温的控制。

油温低于15℃时发出信号报警，启动电加热器，油温升至30℃时发出信号报警，停电加热器。

液位计型号YWZ-500T。

用于显示油箱中油液的液位，安装在油箱侧板上。

当液面升至距油箱盖板上表面150mm时，是液位最高点；当液面降至距油箱盖板上表面550mm时，是液位最低点；正常油位是液面距油箱盖板上表面150-550mm，初次加油至距油箱盖板上表面150mm。

2.9序号9低压油泵电机组

No.9:

Low-pressureoilpumpmotorset

低压油泵电机组由电动机、齿轮泵、联轴器和钟形罩组成，齿轮泵型号CB-B32，电动机型号Y100L1-4-B5。

齿轮泵和电动机通过联轴器和钟形罩联接，保证了齿轮泵与电动机间的同轴度。

齿轮泵压力等级2.5MPa，电动机功率2.2kW，电压415V/50Hz,转速1430r/min，低压液压系统额定流量32L/min，工作压力0.4Mpa，压力表13-1号测点显示该压力。

旋转方向从泵轴端看为顺时针方向。

油泵电机组立式安装在油箱上盖上，为一次风机轴承润滑系统和高压油泵提供低压油源。

该溢流阀用于设定低压系统的安全压力，压力设定值0.6Mpa。

该阀用来防止系统压力因负载突然升高而对油泵产生冲击。

接口尺寸G1，公称通径25mm，正常运行时，二球阀均处于打开状态，若维修或更换其中一个油泵时，则关闭对应球阀。

压力表13-1测点用于测量低压油泵出口压力和设定溢流阀10的压力.
