2.3.5.ConductorAccessoriesfor230kVTransmissionLine

230千伏输电线路用的电缆附件

（1）General概述

Allnecessaryaccessoriessuitableforlineconductorsandgroundwiresshallbesuppliedandinstalled.提供和安装所有适用于导线和地线用的附件

（2）Standard标准

AllaccessoriesshallcomplywiththeTechnicalDataSheetsofSection4asspecifiedandtherelevantinternationalstandards.所有附件都必须符合表第四部分的技术参数及相关的国际标准

（3）Requirements要求

Allhardwarecomponentsforlineconductorsandgroundwiresshallbesofabricatedthatnoelectrolyticactionwilloccurbetweentheaccessoriesandtheconductorsandbetweenthecomponents.Allhardwarecomponentsshallbemadeofgoodcommercialgrademalleablecastiron,steeloraluminumalloy.所有导线和接地导线的硬件元件将事先制好，以便附件和导线间，各零件间不会发生电解反应。

所有五金元件由延展性好的生铁,钢或铝合金制成。

Nometalpartsshallhaveanyrust,lumps,etc.,andthejointedpartsshallbeadequatelysmooth.Allferrousmaterialexcludingstainlesssteelshallbefullygalvanized.Excessivezincremainingaftergalvanizingshallberemoved.

Allbolts,nutsandcotterpinsshallbelockedinordertopreventdislocation.金属零件上应该没有任何铁锈,并且被联接的零件将是充分地光滑的。

（4）JointSleeves,JumperSleevesandRepairSleeves连接线管，跳线线管及修补线管

Jointsleeves,jumpersleevesandrepairsleevesforlineconductorsandgroundwiresshallbeofacompressiontype.，导线和地线用的连接线管，跳线线管及修补线管都为压缩型

Thejointsleevesforthelineconductorsshallconsistofsteelsleevesforthesteelcoreandaluminumsleevesfortheoveralllineconductorswithrelevantcompoundtobefilledupinsideofthealuminumsleevesforpreventionofcorrosionofthesteelcore.ThealuminumsleevesshallbemadeofaluminumalloyconformingtothespecificationinJISH2110orequivalent.ThesteelsleevesforlineconductorsshallbemadeofcarbonsteelconformingtoISO683-1,683-11orequivalent.Thejointsleevesforgroundwiresshallbeofone-piececompressiontype,andmadeofaluminumalloyconformingtothespecificationinJISH2110orequivalent.导线用的连接套管包括钢核芯套管和铝套管，在铝套管内应填满相关的化合物预防钢芯的腐蚀。

铝套管由铝合金制成符合规格JISH2110或等同于JISH2110规格。

导线用的钢套管将由符合ISO683-1。

683-11或等同于ISO683-1。

683-11规格的碳钢制成。

地线用的连接套管将为单件压缩型且由符合JISH2110或等同于JISH2110规格的铝合金制成。

ThejumpersleevesandtherepairsleevesforthelineconductorsandthegroundwireACshallbeofone-piecetype.导线与交流地线用的跳线套管和修补套管须是单件型的

Theinsidediameterofallsleevesshallhaveappropriateclearanceforoutsidediameteroflineconductorsandgroundwirestobejointed.所有套管的内截直径应有合适的间隙以便地线和导线能很好的连接。

Aftercompressed,electricalresistanceofallsleevesmustbelessthanoneoftheconductorsjointedtherebywiththesamelengthasthesleeve.Thetensilestrengthofthejointsconnectedbythejointsleevesmustnotbelessthan95%oftheultimatebreakingstrengthoftheconductors,andoneofthejumpersleevesmustnotbelessthan30%oftheultimatebreakingstrengthoftheconductors.压缩后,所有套管电阻必须是少于与套管长度一样的导线的电阻。

联合套管的联接抗拉强度不能是少于导线的最终破坏张力的95%,并且其中的一个跳线套管的张力不能是少于导线的最终破坏张力的30%

Thecompressingpositionofthesleevesshallbeclearlymarkedonthesurface.套管的压缩地方必须清晰的在其表面做上记号。

Thevariousaccessoriesandconsumablematerials,includingcompressiongaugesforcheckingthesizeofthesleevesaftercompression,compoundandothernecessarygoods,shallbesupplied.各种各样的附件和消费的材料,包括为检查套管压缩以后其尺寸大小的压缩测量仪,及其它必要的物品,将都被供应。

Compoundforthesleevesshallbesuppliedinsuitablesmallpackforeverysingleusageatsite.Necessarycompoundweightorvolumeshallbeindicatedinproposeddrawings.

Fulldetailsofthejoints,includinganillustrationofpracticesforfillingtheairgapbetweensleeves,methodofcorrectpositioningofthesteelsleeves,gaugesforascertainingthecompressedsize,etc.shallbesubmittedintheproposeddrawings.

连接及安装，和钢套管的定位方法及检查套管压缩以后其尺寸大小的压缩测量仪的测量方法等都会在图画上写明

TheDrawingsshowtheshapesofthesleeves.图画上还须显示套管的型号，

（5）VibrationDampers震动防震锤

ThedesignforvibrationdampersshallbecarriedoutbytheContractor.ThenumberofdampersshallbedeterminedbytheContractorinaccordancewiththerecommendationfrommanufacturers.Allconductorsshallbefittedwithapprovedvibrationdampers.Anadequateclampingsurfacewithradiusattheclampmouthshallbeprovided.Allboltsshallbelockedinanapprovedmanner.防震锤的设计将由承包商提出。

防震锤的数量将根据制造商的推荐由承包商确定。

所有的导线须符合批准的防震锤的要求。

以半径在钳位嘴处表面充分夹紧。

所有螺栓将以要求的方式。

被锁

Thevibrationdampersshallbebasicallyofdoubletorsionaltypeandshallconsistofdamperweights,acableandsuitableclamps.防震锤为双扭型说明上包含其重量和电缆线规格及适用线夹

Eachdampershallbedesignedtopreventtheconductorfromfatiguecausedbyvibrationandtobefittinglyfixedwiththelineconductorsandgroundwiresinsuchamannerastocausenoslip.Thepreferablematerialsofthemainpartsofthedampersareasfollows.

各台防震锤将被设计成用来防止由振动造成指挥疲劳且被导线和接地导导固定与线以便不引起滑动。

防震锤的主要部份所用材料如下：

（6）ArmorRods预绞式防护条

Armorrodsshallbeusedatallsuspensionclampedpointsoflineconductorsandgroundwires.TheshapesofthearmorrodsshallbeasshownintheDrawing.防护条适用于所有地线和导线用的悬垂线夹中，防护条的形状在图中显示

Thearmorrodsshallbedesignedsoastobeapplicabletothelineconductorsandthegroundwiresspecifiedinthespecificationsandtoeffectivelyprotectthelineconductorsandthegroundwiresfromvibrationandfatigue.防护条应设计成符合导线和地线规格的型号以便有效的避免震动疲劳，

Thedirectionoftheperformedarmorrodslayshallbethesameasthedirectionoftheoutermostlayeroftheconductor防护条的摆放方向应与导线最外层的方向相同。

Eacharmorrodshallbemadeofheat-treatedaluminumalloywireconformingtothespecificationinISO209-1,209-2,5193,6362-1,6362-2,6362-3,6362-5,6363-1,6363-2,6363-4,6363-5,6365-1,7274orequivalent.

每一跟防护条都须符合ISO209-1,209-2,5193,6362-1,6362-2,6362-3,6362-5,6363-1,6363-2,6363-4,6363-5,6365-1,7274规格的加热型铝合金制成。

ThecharacteristicsofthearmorrodsshallbeasstatedintheTechnicalDataSheetsofSection4.防护条的各种性能及特点须在表4的技术参数表中显示。

（7）EndCapsforLineConductor线用终端帽

Endcapsshallbefixedattheendofthetransmissionlineconductorsinsubstationsforthepurposeofpreventingcoronadischargesontheconductorsandalsofacilitatingtheprocessofterminatingofconductorswithaboltedtypeclamp.Theendcapsfortheconductorsshallbemadeofeitheraluminumoraluminumalloy.

终端帽固定在过渡导线的末端上，以便防止电晕的释放并且促进终止的过程。

终端帽由铝或铝合金制成。

（8）AccessoriesforOPGW

OPGWJointsshallbemadeineachjointboxthatshallbeinstalledonmainlegattheplatformlevel.TheContractorshallsupplyallnecessaryaccessoriesforthejointswithjointboxes.OPGW联接将被安装在主要水平平台的各个联合箱子里。

承包商提供所有联合箱子需要的必要辅助部件

1）Jointboxes连接箱

ThefollowingtypesofJointBoxesarerequired如下为连接箱所要求的型号：

OPGW97toOPGW97

OPGW97toOPGW70（SectiontoweratVietnam）（部分为越南的规格）

OPGW97toApproachCable

OPGW97对OPGW97

OPGW97对OPGW70

OPGW97缆绳

Thedetailofapproachcablewillbeinformedafterthecommencementofsubstationworks.线缆的具体规格会在以后的各个步骤中详细说明

2）Damper防震锤

DoubletorsionaldamperswillbeinstalledontheOPGW.ThenumberofdampersandfixinglocationsshallbedeterminedbytheContractorinaccordancewiththerecommendationfrommanufacturers.双扭型防震锤将被安装在OPGW。

防震锤的数量和固定点将由承包商根据制造商的推荐确定。

3）Supportcleats支持磁夹板

SupportcleatsshallbedesignedtoholdtheOPGWfromtensionclamptojointbox,byevery3metersthroughthetowerbody.支持磁夹板将由每3米设计OPGW从紧张钳位联接箱子,并通过支持磁夹板。

Thecleatsshallbedesignedforcommonusageforvarioustypesofsteelangle.TheContractorshalldesignandsubmitthedrawingsforapprovaloftheProjectManagershowingthepositionofsupportcleat.磁夹板将被设计为通用型因以便各种钢角度类型都适用。

承包商将设计和递交图画为获得项目负责人的批准确定支持磁夹板的位置。

4）Platform

Thejointsshallbemadeinthejointboxwhichshallbeinstalledonmainlegattheplatformlevelinsidethetower.Thepositionofplatformshallbedesignedatinsidethetowerbodyatbottomcrossarmlevel.连接箱上的连接将被安装在平台的主脚上。

平台的位置将被设计在底层的十字架里面。

（9）Tests测试

IfanyitemoftheaccessoriesisnotincompliancewiththeEmployer’sRequirements,theContractorshalltakeremedialmeasuressatisfactorytotheProjectManager.

如果辅助部件的任何项目不是依从对方的要求,承包商将采取补救措施令项目负责人满意。

ThenumberofsamplesshallbedecidedbytheProjectManagerwhentheContractor’sproposalsfortheinspectionandtestingmethodsanddetailsshallbeapprovedwithreferencetovariousstandardsandgeneralpractice.

TheProjectManagerreservestherighttoaddtheitemsoftheinspectionandtestingsoastoconfirmthenatureandthecharacteristicsofaccessories.只有当承包商就各种各样的标准对检查和测试方法和其他细节的提议获得批准后，项目负责人才会确定其样品的数量。

另外项目负责人保留对增加检查和测试的项目权利以便保证辅助部件的特征。

Theinspectionandtestingshallbecarriedoutinconformitywiththerelevantinternationalstandards.TheContractorathisownexpenseshallsupplytheappropriatelengthoflineconductorsandgroundwireswhichwillbedeterminedbytheProjectManagerforthetestofthefittings.各项检查将依照国际标准来执行，承包商将自费供应由项目负责人确定为配件测试用的长度合适的导线。

1）Jointsleevesandjumpersleeves连接套管与跳线套管

（a）Beforecompression压缩前

-Appearanceanddimensions外观与规格

-Zinccoatingweightanduniformity（steelsleeveonly）锌涂层重量和均一（仅钢套管）

（b）Aftercompression压缩后

-Electricresistance（conductorsleeveonly）电阻（仅导线）

-Breakingstrength开断力
