Introduction介绍
TheFlatPanelDisplay（Touchscreen）hasbeendesignedtoprovidetheuseroftheDigitalTemperatureController（DTC）andtheDigitalProcessController（DPC）withimprovedsystemcontrolandeasyalterationofparameters.Aswellasdisplayingtherequiredinformation,itsunique“touchscreen”facilitymakestheinputofdataeasierthaneverbefore.Itscompactdesignandphysicalsizemeanthatitcanbeusedinspaceshalfthesizeofitscombinedpredecessors.Inall,itbringstotalcontrolofthefurnaceliterallytoyourfingertips.
此触控式萤幕是设计用来改善使用者对数字温度控制器DTC与数字制程控制器DPC的系统控制和易于做参数的修改。
而且也改善了所须信息的显示，它独特的触控式萤幕能力使数据输入更易于已往。

Installation安装
Thetouchscreencanbeinstalledveryeasily.TheonlytoolrequiredisaPhillipsscrewdriver.Installationintoanewfurnaceortoupgradeafurnacefromtheolddisplaypanelisverysimilar,butforclaritythetwoproceduresaredividedintothefollowingtwosections.
此触控式屏幕可以很容易的被安装。
唯一需要的工具是一字起子。
安装到新炉子或是升级旧面板的方式很颣式，但是为了厘清，分为以下两部份的安装步骤。
2.1Installationintoanewfurnace安装到新炉子
Toinstallthetouchscreenintoanewfurnace,ensurethattheDPCisfitted.
1.Turnthetubeswitchoff.
2.ConnecttheDPCandpowercabletotheTOUCHSCREEN（Figure3‑1）.
3.Usethefourscrewstosecurethetouchscreeninitsposition.Itisnowinstalledandreadytobetested.
Testifthescreenisoperating,switchthetubepoweron.TheMainMenushouldappearonthescreen.Thetouchscreenisnowreadyforuse.
安装触控式屏幕到一个新炉子上需确定DPC是否合宜。

2.2Upgradingthefrontpaneldisplay升级旧面板
TheFrontPanelDisplayisanolduserinterfacewithakeypadandaonelinedisplay.ThereisoneFrontPanelDisplayforeachDigitalController（DPCandDTC）.ThesizeandtheshapeofthenewtouchscreenareincompatiblewiththeFrontPanelDisplayandnewmountinglocationisrequired.
旧式面板是一个带有按键与单行显示的接口。
DTC与DPC各有一个此式旧面板。
此触控式屏幕的型状，大小与旧面板并不相容须要新的位子放置。
ToreplacetheFrontPanelDisplaywithatouchscreen,thefollowingstepsarenecessary:
1.Turnthetubeswitchoff.
2.RemovethescrewsthatholdtheDPCFrontPanelDisplayanddisconnectallthecables.
3.RemovetheFrontPanelDisplay.
4.RepeatthesestepsfortheDTCFrontPanelDisplay.
5.InstallthenewprocessorboardsintheDPCandtheDTC.
用触控式屏幕更换旧面板以下的步骤是必须。
1.关闭炉管电源。
2.拆除DPC旧面板的螺丝与线路。
3.拆除旧面板。
4.重复2&3步骤拆除DTC旧面板。
5.安装新触控式屏幕于DPC&DTC。
NOTE
MakesurethatimportantdatafromtheDPCandtheDTCarebackedupbeforereplacingtheprocessorboards.Alldatawillbelostupondisconnectingtheprocessorboard.
6.Installthenewtouchscreenpowersupply.
7.Makenewmountinglocationforthetouchscreen.
8.ConnecttheflatcabletoTOUCHSCREEN.
9.Securethetouchscreenwiththescrews.Itisnowreadyforstarting.
10.Turnthetubeswitchon.TheMainMenushouldappearafterabout10seconds.
注意
确认在更换微处理器机板前已经备份好DPC&DTC的重要数据。
所有数据都会消失在移除此机板时。
6.安装新触控式屏幕的电源供应器。
7.弄一个新安装位置给触控式屏幕。
8.连接平板线到触控式屏幕。
9.用螺丝锁紧触控式屏幕。
现在准备测试。
10.开起炉管电源。
主选单将会于十秒后出现。
