摘要由于我国中小企业的规模较少,财务管理理念落后,企业的财务管理人员没有充分发挥财务管理在资金运用、计划和分配中的作用。

在日益激烈的竞争中,中小企业逐渐处于劣势,制约中小企业发展的关键问题是财务管理问题。

因此,对企业的财务管理问题进行研究就显得尤为重要。

本文以A公司的财务管理问题为研究背景,分析企业财务管理的现状,总结企业财务管理方面存在的问题及问题产生的原因,并由此提出加强企业财务管理工作的合理建议,并提供现实可靠的借鉴。

本文的内容包括:

第一章是绪论部分,首先介绍了本论文的选题背景及意义,接着简要归纳了国内外关于财务管理理论的综述,最后介绍了本文的研究内容、研究方法及论文结构,为以下问题的研究提供理论基础。

第二章是对A公司的财务管理现状进行分析,主要介绍了行业的背景、企业的基本情况以及财务管理现状。

其中,财务状况主要从机构的设置和投融资情况进行了简要的分析。

第三章通过对A公司财务管理的现状进行分析,总结出企业存在的财务管理问题及其问题产生的原因:

（1）家族式的管理模式下,企业缺少财务管理意识。

（2）资产管理疏松,财务控制薄弱。

（3）筹资能力差,资金短缺。

（4）缺乏科学的投资管理。

第四章是对企业完善财务管理所提出的对策,根据上述现状及原因的分析,总结出解决上述问题的优化建议:

（1）应收账款管理策略。

（2）存货管理策略。

（3）筹资管理策略。

（4）投资管理策略。

第五章对全文研究内容进行总结,归纳出本文最终的研究结果及对未来的展望。

本文的贡献之处在于:

1.本文通过对A公司财务问题的调查研究,概括出企业财务管理的现状,根据现状指出财务管理方面存在的问题,并且对问题产生的原因做了详细的探讨,从目前企业的生存发展方面来讲,提出对于解决这一问题的合理化建议,由点及面,为我国其他中小型企业的财务管理问题提供宝贵的建议。

2.本文是通过笔者亲自去企业内部实践调查所得出的结论,文中内容真实可靠,具有现实性意义,能够真实的反应出企业财务管理的现实状况,为本文的研究提供了切实的实践基础。

本文的不足之处:

1.由于财务数据属于企业内部的保密资料,本文所引用的数据及内容具有一定的局限性,不能全面反映所提到的问题。

2.本文对于其他经济管理方面的研究提到的较少,重点是从财务管理的角度进行分析。

3.由于本人的理论知识和实际经验有限,所以更多的是从实务方面对企业的财务管理问题进行分析,对于相关理论的研究缺乏探讨。

ABSTRACTAsthescaleofthesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesinourcountryisverysmall,theconceptoffinancialmanagementisatadisadvantage,thefinancialmanagementstaffdidnotgivefullplaytotheroleoffinancialmanagementintheuseoffunds,planningandallocation.Thesmallandmediumenterprisesatadisadvantagegraduallyintheincreasinglyfiercecompetition,thekeyissuesofrestrictthedevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterpriseisthefinancialmanagementproblems.Therefore,theresearchofthefinancialmanagementissuesoftheenterprisesisparticularlyimportant.ThepaperisonthebackgroundofFinancialManagementofAcompanyofthecorporate'statusquooffinancialmanagement,summeduptheproblemsoffinancialmanagementandanalysisofthecausesoftheproblems,andputforwardreasonableproposalstostrengthentheworkofcorporatefinancialmanagement,providearealisticreferenceforthefinancialmanagementofthesmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesinourcountry.Thecontentofthispaperincludes:

Thefirstchapteristheintroduction,whichfirstintroducedthebackgroundandsignificanceofthepaper,andthenbrieflysummarizedthetheoryoffinancialmanagementathomeandabroad,finallyintroducedthecontentofthisstudy,researchmethodsandstructureofthepaper,providesatheoreticalbasisforthefollowingquestions.ThesecondchapterisanalysisthefinancialmanagementofthestatusquotheACompany,mainlyintroducedtheindustrybackground、thebasicsituationoftheenterpriseandthefinancialsituation,includingtheinstitutionalsettingsandinvestmentandfinancingsituation.ThethirdchapteranalyzesthepresentsituationofthefinancialmanagementofcompanyA,sumsuptheproblemsandwaycausesthefinancialmanagementproblems:

（1）Underthefamilymanagementmode,theenterpriseslackawarenessoffinancialmanagement.

（2）Assetmanagementisloose,financialcontrolisweak.（3）Financingabilityispoorandshortageoffunds.（4）Lackingofscientificinvestmentmanagement.Thefourthchapterisputforwardthecountermeasurestoimproveenterprisefinancialmanagement,accordingtothepresentsituationandthereasonanalysis,summarizedsuggestionsideastosolvetheseproblems.
