毕业设计摘要

本次毕业设计，我选取了重庆某技工学院教学楼工程。

本工程长54m,宽19m,总建筑面积为5130平方米。

共五层，每层层高4.2m,总建筑高度21.45m.抗震设防烈度6度，结构安全等级二级，工程合理使用年限50年。

通过本次施工组织设计，使我们将所学的相关课程的基本理论和专业技术知识进一步比较全面的综合性应用；同时做到理论联系实际，使我们更进一步掌握建筑施工组织课程教学大纲、基本知识、基本理论、基本技能的要求；基本上学会单位工程施工组织设计的编制程序、内容、方法和要求，从而很好的培养了我们分析问题和解决问题的能力。

本施工组织设计的重点是，在整个施工过程中怎样确保安全文明施工的顺利进行、各分部分项工程施工方案的合理选择、工程施工质量、施工进度计划的正确编制、施工现场平面图的合理设计。

其中各分部分项工程施工方案主要包括：

基础工程施工方案、主体结构施工方案、屋面工程施工方案、室内装修工程施工方案、室外装修工程施工方案。
