DETAILEDDESCRIPTION

[DetailedDescriptionoftheInvention]

[0001]

[FieldoftheInvention]Thepresentinventionrelatestotheopeningmethodoftheglassfiberfabricusedforaprinted-circuitboardetc.

[0002]

[DescriptionofthePriorArt]Inrecentyears,itisbecomingwhatalsohasthemoreadvancedcharacteristicrequiredofaprinted-circuitboardwithhighly-efficient-izingoftheelectricalandelectricequipment,andaminiaturization.

[0003]Asoneofsuchthedemands,improvementinthesurfacesmoothnessonthesurfaceofafiberbasematerialismentioned.Ifsurfacesmoothnessisinferior,whenafiberwillbecomeishardtobeimpregnatedinresinuniformlyinresinimpregnationdownstreamprocessingatthetimeofproducingtheprepregwhichservesasaprinted-circuitboard,forexampleanditwilluseforaprinted-circuitboard,inordertoproduceacontinuityhole,makeaholewithadrilletc.,but.Thereisapossibilitythatthefaultofaholenotdeviatingoraholenotbecomingperfectcircle-likemayarise.

[0004]Therefore,inordertoimprovesurfacesmoothness,itispreferablethatopeningtreatmentisperformed,manyresearchanddevelopmentaboutthisopeningtreatmentaredone,andtheappearanceoftheopeningmethodthatthedegreeofopeningishighisexpectedmoreefficiently.

[Problemtobesolvedbytheinvention]Thepresentinventionisthenewmethodofopeningaglassfiberfabric,andanobjectofthepresentinventionistoprovidethehighmethodoftheopeningeffect.

[0006]

[Meansforsolvingproblem]Theinventorsinquiredintensivelythattheaforementionedproblemshouldbesolved.Whenvariousconditionsatthetimeofproducingaglassfiberfabricwereexaminedandtheglassfiberfabricafterweavinginadamporwetconditionwasheat-treatedwiththecylinderdryercurrentlyconventionallyusedforwarpingprocessingofwarp,theglassfiberfabricwasopenedbythesurprisingthinganditdiscoveredthattheopeningeffectwasunexpectedlyhigh.

[0007]Whenproducingaglassfiberfabric,thewarpwhichconstitutesthisglassfiberfabricisgiventotheprocessusuallycalledwarpingprocessinginadvanceofweaving.Thewarpingprocesssizedwarp,itwasaprocessperformedinordertomakeaweavingprocesseasytoperform,whenwarpwasdriedafterwarpsizing,thecylinderdryerwasused,butthecylinderdryerwasnotconventionallyusedfortheopeningtreatmentoftextiles.Afterproducingaglassfiberfabricconventionallyandcarryingoutopeningtreatmentofthisbythewaterjet,theVibrowasher,oranultrasonicwaveinthepresentinvention,aceramicheateroraninfraredheaterisused,Whentheplacewhichwasdryingtheglassfiberfabricwasdriedusingthecylinderdryer,theknowledgeofaglassfiberfabricbeingopenedfurtherwascarriedoutbyheat-treatmentaccordingtothiscylinderdryeralsounexpectedly.Intheopeningmethodbyaconventionalmethod,itdiscoveredthatespeciallytheheat-treatmentbyacylinderdryercouldmakewarpopentowhatthedirectionofweftiseasytoopenamongwarpandweft.Furthermoreexaminationisrepeatedanditcametocompletethepresentinvention.
