目标确定的依据
1.课程标准相关要求
第六单元的主要语法是形容词和副词的比较级以及最高级的熟练运用。
较大数字的英语表达。
数词和形容词副词的比较级最高级都属于课程标准附录2语法项目表中所规定的重点语法。
2.教材分析
SectionA部分主要围绕地理知识展开,集中呈现了大数字的读法和表示度量的结构,并进一步拓展了比较级和最高级的使用。
教学重点是学习较大数字的表达,学会用不同句式表达比较级、最高级。
本部分的教学难点是形容词比较级、最高级的不同表达形式。
SectionB在SectionA的基础上,通过对自然和文化的比较过渡到了动物这一话题。
SectionB部分的重点是在阅读中运用寻读策略,教学难点是说明文的写作。
3.学情分析
本单元重点是了解世界知识,谈论地理与自然,很自然的与形容词和副词的比较级以及最高级结合运用,八年级上册已经学过了比较级和最高级,学生能对这一部分内容正确运用,这一单元要求学生运用不同形式来表达比较级和最高级,难度不是很大。
较大数字的读与听在听力测试中较多出现,会说能听懂是基本要求。
目标
1通过听力练习,能准确提取听力材料中使用形容词最高级的表达法。
2通过角色扮演,能结合自身实际编写对话并能以正确的语音语调运用形容词比较级和最高级谈论地理和自然。
