Thedayofthepartyarrived.Cinderellametafairygodmother.ShegaveCinderellaacoach,twoshoots,twohorsesandabeautifuldress.Butmagicwillstopworkingatmidnight.

Cinderellaarrivedatthepalaceandwalkedintothedancehall.ThePrincesawher.HedancedonlywithCinderella,andhefellinlovewithher.

Thenextmorning,ThePrinceproclaimed:

Whoevertheshootfits,shallbewifetohim.
