INTRODUCTION

Thisreporthasthepurposeofpresentingthereasonsforcustomercomplaintsin2002.FIELDINGS

Thecustomercomplaintsreceivedin2002were300inJanuary.Thentheyincreasedto

540inFebruarybecauseofthecomputersystem'sbreakdown.

InMarchtheyfellto230becauseanimprovedordersystemwasintroduced.

ThereasonsforcomplaintsfromJanuarytoMarchwereanalysed:

firstlythecompanvreceivedcomplaintsforincorrectordersdelivered.TheseerrorswerefewerinMarch.

secondlythetimetakentodeliveristoohigh.butthecompanyhasplannedtorecruitnewagents.

Finallycustomerscomplainforthepoorproductquality.Inordertosolvethisproblemmorequalitycontrolsaremaking.

CONCLUSIONS

Atthemomentallcustomersaren'tsatisfiedbutmanymeasureshavebeentakentoimprovetheirsatisfaction.
