投影展示5个角色表演场景，介绍维修服务的交际情景：
（1）酒店房间的维修
（2）盥洗室漏水；
（3）上网问题；
（4）房屋里没有电；
（5）在客户家检查空调机。

2）研讨、探究与实践
（1）布置任务
分成演练小组，每一小组要熟练场景内容，小组内分配角色，练熟一个场景后应轮换角色。
在原场景的基础上提侣创新，增加即兴情景和投诉内容及受理态度，最后达到上台表演的程度
（2）会话表演与场最设计
为了使表演真实、生动，在熟悉角色语言和形象的同时，也应准备适当的道具。
在各个场景的表演中，要突出体现优质服务常用语的使用。
（3）创设新情景，运用常用语句
能熟练草握场量中的常用交际用语，根据情况可提出新要求，即运用所掌握的常用语创设新的会话场景即兴演练，如：
