2.PartyAshallconductdirection,supervisionandevaluationofPartyBswork.

3.PartyAshallProvidePartyBwithnecessaryworkingandlivingconditions.

4.PartyAshallprovideco-workersforthefirstweekifnecessary.

VI.PartyB’sObligations

1.PartyBshallobservethelaws,decreesandrelevantregulationsenactedbytheChinesegovernmentandshallnotinterfereinChinasinternalpoliticsaffairs.

2.PartyBshallobservePartyAsworksystemandregulationsconcerningadministrationofforeignteachersandshallacceptPartyAsagreement,direction,supervisionandevaluationinregardtohis/herwork.WithoutPartyAsconsent,PartyBshallnotrenderserviceelsewhereorholdconcurrentlyanypostunrelatedtotheworkagreedonwithPartyA.

3.PartyBshallcompletethetasksagreedonscheduleandguaranteethequalityofwork.

4.PartyBshallrespectChinasreligiouspolicy,andshallnotconductreligiousactivitiesincompatiblewiththestatusofateacher.5.PartyBshallrespecttheChinesepeoplesmoralstandardsandcustoms.

V.Revision,CancellationandTerminationoftheContract

1.BothPartiesshouldabidebythecontractandshouldrefrainfromrevising,canceling,orterminatingthecontractwithoutmutualconsent.

2.Thecontractcanberevised,canceled,orterminatedwithmutualconsent.Beforebothpartieshavereachedanagreement,thecontractshouldbestrictlyobserved.

3.PartyAhastherighttocancelthecontractwithwrittennoticetoPartyBunderthefollowingconditions.

（1）PartyBdoesnotfulfillthecontractordoesnotfulfillthecontractobligationsaccordingtothetermsstipulated,andhasfailedtoamendafterPartyAhaspointeditout.

（2）Accordingtothedoctorsdiagnosis,PartyBcannotresumenormalworkafter30dayssickleave.

4.PartyBhastherighttocancelthecontractwithawrittennoticetopartyAunderthefollowingconditions:

（1）PartyAhasnotprovidedPartyBwithnecessaryworkingandlivingconditionsasstipulatedinthecontract.

（2）PartyAhasnotpaidPartyBasscheduled.

VIII.BreachPenalty

Wheneitherofthetwopartiesfailstofulfillthecontractorfailstofulfillthecontractobligationsaccordingtothetermsstipulated,thatis,breaksthecontract;itmustpayabreachpenaltyofUS$500（ortheequivalentinRMB）.

IfPartyBaskstocancelthecontractduetoeventsbeyondcontrol,itshouldproducecertificationbythedepartmentconcerned,obtainPartyAsconsent,andpayitsownreturnexpenses;IfPartyBcancelsthecontractwithoutvalidreason,itshouldpayitsownreturnexpensesandpaybreachpenaltytoPartyA.

IfPartyAaskstocancelthecontractduetoeventsbeyondcontrol,withtheconsentofPartyB,itshouldpayPartyBsreturnexpenses;ifPartyAcancelsthecontractwithoutvalidreason,itshouldpayPartyBsreturnexpensesandpayabreachpenaltytoPartyB.

IX.TheAppendixofThisContractIsanInseparablePartoftheContractandHasEqualEffect

X.Thiscontracttakeseffectonthedatesignedbybothpartiesandwillautomaticallyexpirewhenthecontractends.Ifeitherofthetwopartiesasksforanewcontract,itshouldforwarditsrequesttoanotherparty30dayspriortotheexpirationofthecontract,andsignthenewcontractwithmutualconsent.PartyBshallbearallexpensesincurredwhenstayingonafterthecontractexpires.

XI.Arbitration

Thetwopartiesshallconsultwitheachotherandmediateanydisputes,whichmayariseaboutthecontract.Ifallattemptsfail,thetwopartiescanappealtotheorganizationofarbitrationforforeignexpertsaffairsintheStateBureauofForeignExpertsandaskforafinalarbitration.

Thiscontractissignedat,induplicate,thisdayof,200,intheChineseandEnglishlanguages,bothtextsbeingequallyauthentic.

WorkingHours:

Workaccordingtothetime-tableofPartyAfromMondaytoFridayeachweek（exceptforholidays）.SometimesPartyBmayneedtoworkonspecialoccasions,saytheanniversaryofthefoundingofPartyAoranyspecialpromotionalworkandtheemployeeistobegivenday（s）offlaterortobepaid.

Workload:

Generally16to20face-to-faceteachingperiods（45minutesforeachperiod）shouldbedeliveredtothestudentseveryweek.Andusuallytheremightbe5periodsofEnglishcorneractivitiesoutsidetheclassroomtobedeliveredtothestudents.

Salary:

Thebasicmonthsalaryisstipulatedinthegeneralcontractandpaidonthedayagreedonthecontract.

Thesummervacation（August1sttoSeptember1st）salaryandwintervacation（20days）salary:

Thesummervacationsalaryequalstoanormalmonthsalarywhilewintervacationsalary2/3ofone-monthsalary.

FreeFacilitiesandOtherThings:

1.Accommodation-aflatwithonebedroom,livingroom,kitchenandbathroom（Withair-condition,TV,Video,Telephone,Bed,Sofa.etc.）.

2.Electricity,hotwaterandgas.

3.Mealsintheschool,ifnotwillget300-Yuanfoodallowanceeachmonth.

4.Abike（butshouldbemaintainedbypartyB,WhenthecontractfinishedshouldreturntoPartyA）

AirFares:

Returnair-ticketwillbereimbursedwithsatisfactorycompletionofone-yearfull-timeserviceforpartyA.Thereturnairticketsshouldbeunder1000USD.

TravelBonus:

PartBwillbepaid2200YuantravelbonusbyPartyAwhenoneyearcontractfinished.

Visas:

PartyAwillprocessandpayfortheworkvisafortheemployee,butPartyBshouldpayhis/herowntouristvisatoenterChina.

Holidays:

TherearesevencontinuousdaysinMay.AndsevencontinuousdaysinOctand30daysinSummerand20daysinwinterandXmas3daysnewyear2days.IfsomeimportantactivitiesofPartyAhappentobeonholidays.TheemployeewillattendaswellandPartyAshallmakeuptheholiday（s）orpayforhim/hertheemployeeisnotallowedtoaskforleaveoftourexceptinholidays.

SickLeaveandOtherLeaves:

Iftheemployeehasbeensickandobtainedthepermissionfromthehospitalthathe/shecouldaskforsickleave,theemployeecanreceiveRMB30Yuanforthesickleaveallowanceeachdayandnoothersalaryduringtheperiodofhis/hersickleave.Iftheemployeehasbeensickforacontinuous30days,partyAcouldterminatethecontractaccordingtotheregulationofthecontractissuedbyChinaStateBureauofForeignExperts.

Iftheemployeehastoaskforpersonalleaveduringworktime,he/shemustobtainthepermissionformtheschoolandthedaysofpersonalleaveshouldnotsurpass20days,otherwisetheschoolhastherighttoterminatethecontract;iftheemployeeneglectstheworkwithoutanyreasonoraskingleavefromtheschool,PartyAshallhastherighttofinetheemployeehis/herdoubleofhissalaryduringthoseneglectingdays;iftheemployeehasbeenneglectingtheworkforacontinuoussevendays,PartyAshallhastherighttofiretheemployee.

HealthandMedicalCare:

Theemployeemustconductamedicalexaminationathis/herownexpensetocertifythathe/shedoesnotsufferfromhepatitisoranyotherinfectiousdiseasebeforehe/sheleavesforChina.Theemployeecanreceivefreemedicalcareattheschoolsclinicandpaythefeeofthemedicalcareoutsidetheschool.

ComputerandTelephone:

PartyAprovidestheemployeewiththefacilityofcomputerandtelephone,buttheemployeeshouldpayfortheInternet-fee（ifapplicable）andhe/herwillpaythephonecall.

Theemployeeshalldeposit500RMBbothforinternetfeeandtelephonefeebeforehe/sheleavesPartyA（thecontractexpires）,asthephonebillalwayscomesattheendofthefollowingmonth.

Boththeemployeeandtheemployerownonecopyofthecontract.

Confidentiality:

Theemployeeshallnotdisclosehis/hersalaryandtheinformationofthecontracttoathirdPartywithouttheconsentoftheemployer.
