ICD——10疾病编码查询

ICD——10疾病编码查询入门之一

ICD——10是疾病和有关健康问题的国际统计分类第十次修订本的符号，在我们使用的电子病历系统中，可以查询ICD——10疾病编码，有的疾病编码只要输入疾病名称，就能查到相应的疾病的ICD——10编码，但是，有时输入疾病全名并不好查，只有输入关键词，在关键词项目中才能查找到你所需要的疾病的ICD——10疾病编码。

所以，我们今天共同来摸索如何使用疾病名称和关键词两种方法来查询ICD——10疾病编码（我今天只是抛砖引玉，还请各位下去多摸索，是否还有其他更方便的方法查找）。

一、输入关键词查找是重点，如“骨折”、“出血”、“脓肿”、“囊肿”、“损伤”、“妊娠”、“炎”及“糖尿病”、“高血压”等等。

如:

某部位的骨折，只要输入关键词“骨折”，就能在骨折项中查找到你所需要的与骨折疾病有关的疾病的ICD——10疾病编码。

但是，目前，我还没有掌握骨折部位的“左、右”如何查找，个人认为，可能不分“左、右”，因为，在系统中查不到“左、右骨折”，如股骨颈的骨折，查到的是S72.002，没有左股骨颈的骨折，或右股骨颈的骨折。

下面举例说明:
