人教版七年级英语上册教学计划
2018年下期七年级一班学科：

学生人数：
30人，其中男生16人，女生14人。

本班学生思维活跃，个性张扬。
大部分学生学习习惯不错。
但学生的英语基础知识较差，小学阶段对英语接触较少，并且对学习英语的兴趣较低。
所以要在初一阶段打好基础，培养学生对英语学习的兴趣，发扬吃苦耐劳的精神，强化单词的记忆和训练。
特别是对英语和中文的语法区别让学生多熟悉和习惯。
教学工作计划
一、教材编排：
本学期初一英语使用人教版教材，有两个部分。
第一部分是准备部分，有三个单元。
重点是音标和简单基础词汇。
第二部分是正式课程，分为12个单元。
本教材所牵涉的教学内容有：
自我介绍，讨论能力，描述家人，谈论最喜爱的东西和日常事务等。
本教材所要掌握的语法有1.be动词的用法2.一般现在时3.一般疑问句4.特殊疑问句5.冠词6人称代词6.序数词7.名词变复数8.情态动词can的用法
二、教学目标：
GoForIt!
是以《英语课程标准》为依据，以学生的英语语言综合运用能力为目标。
不仅以语言知识、语言技能为重点，而且更注重学生的学习策略、情感态度和文化意识。
教学内容的处理和取舍灵活开放，只要教师从学生的实际水平和语言能力出发，任何教学内容的调整或取舍，任何教学步骤的安排都是可行的。
“Isometimesgotothelasttodothegroupworkfirst…Itdependsontheteachers’knowledgeofthestudentsactuallanguageability…”（DavidNunan）；提倡教师结合学生实际，充分利用学生、教师本身和环境中一切可以利用的资源，丰富教学内容，创造运用英语的机会，注意多渠道开发教学资源。
“Don’tusejustthetextbook.Anythinginreallifethatconnectandappropriatetothelessoncanbeusedasteachingresources.”（DavidNunan）；提倡任务型语言教学，教学进度整体把握，教学形式不拘一格；课堂以学生为主体，以任务为主线，重视体验参与，课后访谈调查，读写扎记，重视语言运用；正视个体差异，倡导过程激励，以多层次、多角度、多主体的结果与过程并重的评价方式激励进步。
三、具体措施：
1、体现学生的主体地位，发挥教师的指导作用。
充分发挥学生的主动性和积极性，激发学生的学习兴趣，帮助学生摸索适合自己的学习方法，了解和掌握记忆规律，养成良好的学习习惯，培养学生自主学习的能力。
2、突出语言的实践性，注重培养学生综合运用英语的能力。
3、尽量使用英语，适当使用母语。
4、备好学生、课本、课标，确立最佳教案。
5、根据教学内容，进行教学创新，尝试不同的教学方式，激发学生的学习欲望。
6、语言点讲解要做到精讲多练，举一反三，使学生理解准确、深刻、透彻。
7、扩大学生的课外阅读量，增强语感，循序渐进，逐渐提高阅读理解能力。
8、加强书面表达训练，每一单元结合内容布置相应的书面表达练习，择优选读，讲解技巧，使学生逐渐找到英语写作的窍门。
9、实行分层次教学。
制定出培优扶差的目标生，分层次辅导，分层次练习，分层次要求，使不同程度的学生都能有所提高。
10、合理利用课外资料，重点题要重点练习、重点讲解，做到主次分明，讲求实效

先通过小组活动熟悉所学对话，然后通过游戏进一步熟悉全班同学的名字。
通过游戏培养了学生的竞争精神，当然也训练了他们的反应能力，并有助于增强他们的交际能力。
其实也是回家作业的一个很好检查。

通过学生填入字母的大小写复习了八个字母的书写；通过听指令圈出所听到的字母，既有助于培养学生的注意力又是对字母读音的一个有效复习。
加上游戏本身的趣味性，使复习字母变得不再枯燥。

当然教师必要的指导也是必不可少的。
