進行方式:
聆聽喜愛猜測
只要符合幼兒發展和幼兒相關的活動都可以和聆聽英文故事搭配，例如演戲、美勞、兒歌唱做、遊戲、烹飪、實驗、植栽等等活動
動靜交替
原則:
選擇適合年齡書籍的原則:
以心智、年齡發展為主
2-4歲:
符合生活情境、詞句重覆且情節簡單的書（不會拒絕聆聽故事，以直覺、感官、整體對環境認式的方式學習）
例如:

4~6歲:
圖畫中有猜測依據，情節較複雜的書

星期天早上，暖和的太陽升上來了。
『啵』一聲，一隻又小又餓的毛毛蟲，從蛋裡爬了出來。

他要去找一些東西來吃

牠吃了一個蘋果。
可是，肚子還是好餓。

現在，毛毛蟲不覺得肚子餓了。
牠不再是一隻小毛毛蟲了。
他是一隻又肥又大的毛毛蟲。
Hebuiltasmallhouse,calledacocoon,aroundhimself.Hestayedinsideformorethantwoweeks.Thenhenibbledaholeinthecocoon,pushedhiswayoutand………….。
牠造了一間小房間，叫做「繭」，把自己包在裡頭。
牠裡面住了兩個多星期，然後，把「繭」咬了一個洞，鑽了出來………….。

啊﹗毛毛蟲便成了一隻好漂亮的蝴蝶。

（2）天才小廚師大賽
讓學生分組，各準備一種水果到教室，事先將材料放在一旁，依上述順序，改編Chant，邊念邊做出水果沙拉，最後由老師或是學生評選出最好吃水果沙拉
（3）大胃王選拔賽:
Iamahungryking
學生準備16頁小書模仿”TheVeryHungryCaterpillar”的形式與主要句型，由第三頁開始，以on（Monday），Iate（one）（hamburger），寫出從星期一到星期日自己所吃下的東西，最後全班投票選出公認的大胃王。
