1.0purpose目的
inordertomaketheequipmentbeoperatedcorrectlyandmaintainedreasonablytokeeptheequipmentrunninginanormalwayandreducetheaccident為了使設備有正確的操作方法及合理的保養與維護,以確保設備保持正常狀態,減少發生意外事故.
2.0scope適用範圍
alltheequipmentinthefactory（excepttheSMTmachine）
本廠內設備（除SMT機器外）.
3.0responsibility責任
3.1theelectriciansoftheADMwillbeinchargeofthemaintenanceandrepair（excepttheSMTmachine）
管理部電工負責保養及維修（除SMT機器外）.
3.2thepeopleatpresentofeachunitmustexecuteandmaintainbytherequirement各單位現場人員必須按要求去執行并加以維護.
4.0content內容
4.1electricapparatus電气設備:
4.1.1theelectricianoftheADMwillbeinchargeofthecheckandmeasureindate（formone）
定期檢查測量由管理部電工負責（記錄表見附件一）.
4.1.2checkandmeasuretheelectricapparatusandfillthe“electricapparatusseasoncheckform”
每季度檢查測量電气設備並填寫<<電气設備安全每季檢查表>>

4.1.3maintainthegeneratorbythe“generatorairpressuremachineoperationandrepairmanagement”
按照<<發電机空壓机操作維修管理辦法>>對發電机空壓机實施保養.
4.14thepeopleatpresentshouldnotifytheelectricianoftheADMiffindtheabnormality（creepage,nopowerorburnttaste,etc.）inthecourseofoperation.
現場人員在使用過程中若發現有異常（如漏電,無電或焦气味等）,要立即通知管理
部電工維修.
4.15Iftheuseunitneedstochangethejointorincreasetheplug,andsoon,theelectricianofADMwillfixtogether.Itisforbiddentopushandjointhepowersupplywithoutpermission.
使用單位若需改接或增加插座等,由管理部電工統一安裝,嚴禁自行私拉､亂接電源.
4.16theelectricianshouldoperatebytheinternationalstandardwhenrationthepower.
管理部電工在配電時要按照國際標準化作業.
4.1.7inthecourseofusingtheelectricity,itshouldbepaidattentionifthepressureusedisthesamewiththeonethatdemandedbytheapparatus.（suchas110Vand220V）.
用電單位在使用過程中要注意所使用電壓要與設備所需電壓相符（如110V和
220V）.
4.2gassupplysystem:
供氣系統:
4.2.1air-pressuremachine,dry-machine,thepipewillbecheckedandmaintainedbytheelectricianindate.

空壓機,干燥機,管路由電工定期檢查保養.
4.2.2ifthepeopleatpresentshouldnotifytheADMrightawaywhenhearthegasleak,ortheairpressureisnotenough（lessthan5Kg/cm2）.
現場人員若聽到有漏气或气壓不足（低于5Kg/cm2）要立即通知管理部電工處理.
4.2.3thealarmofthelowairpressureis6kg/cm2,itisforbiddentochangetheresultforthenone-electricianwithoutpermission.thepowersupplyshouldbekeptnormalandtheswitchshouldbekeptshut,thepeopleatpresentshouldnotifytheelectricianoftheADMrightawaywhenhearthealarm.（airpressurerecordformtwo）
低气壓報警器設定值為6kg/cm2,嚴禁非電工人員隋意改動設定值,并要保持電源常通和開關常閉,現場人員聽到警鈴響時,要立即通知管理部電工（气壓記錄表見附件二）.
4.3watersupplysystem供水系統:
4.3.1thesluicepoolandthepressure-increasedpumpwillbespot-inspectedbytheelectricianandmaintainedindate,thehotandcoolwatershouldbesuppliedtotheworkshopduringthe24hours.（formthree:
drinkingmachinecheckandmaintenancerecord）
蓄水池和增壓泵由電工不定時巡視,定期性保養,車間內保持24小時供應熱水和冰水（飲水機檢查記錄表見附件三）
4.3.2thepeopleofeachunitshouldnotifytheelectricianrightawayto
repairiffindaleak,etc.
各單位人員若發現有漏水等,要立即通知電工進行維修處理.

4.3.3Theusershouldusethetapandswitchcorrectlyandsavewater.
使用者要正確使用水襲頭和閘閥并要節約用水.
4.3.4Electricianscheckandrectifydrinkingmachinewiretoavoidhurtingpeople
電工每日檢查整理飲水機線材防止線材凌亂造成人員傷害。
4.3.5Electricianscheckthestorageboxofthedrinkingmachinetoavoidwateraleaktohurtpeople.
電工每日檢查飲水機儲水箱是否漏水防止造成人員傷害。
4.3.6Washthefiltrationcoreofthedrinkingmachine,andchangeiteverytwoweeksandfilltheapparatusmaintenancerepairrecord.
每周清洗飲水機濾芯，每兩更換飲水機濾芯並填寫設備維修保養記錄表。
4.3.7Thesluicebucketofthedrinkingmachineshouldbewashedoncethreemonths純水機蓄水桶每3個月清洗一次
4.4airconditioner空調設備:
4.4.1Theairconditionerwillbemaintained,repairedandchecked.（attachmentfour）
空調由廠務人員保養､維修檢查<見附件四>.
4.4.2Theinternaltemperatureshouldbekeptbetween20---30centigrade,excepttheSMT,electronichouse,importanthouse,thecentralairconditionersinotherscanbeopenedonlywhenthetemperatureisover27centigrade.Thenone-operationpeopleareforbiddentooperatethe
airconditioner.
室內溫度一般保持在20----30℃之間,除SMT､電子倉､貴重倉外,其余室溫高于

270C時才開中央空調,非操作人員嚴禁操作空調.

00,intheweekend,thecirconditionercanbeopenedaccordingtotheovertimepeople.（commonlyoverfivepeopleandthetemperatureisover27centigrade）
除SMT､電子倉､貴重倉外,中央空調工作時間為AM7:
30----PM17:
00,周六､周日根据加班人員數量适當開啟空調.（一般要在5人加班以上且室溫超過270C才可開空調）.
4.5ESDlineESD線路:
4.5.1theESDlinewillbespanned,maintained,andcheckedbytheelectricianoftheADMalltogether.
ESD線路由管理部電工統一架設､保養､維修.
4.5.2thepeopleatpresentmustcheckthestatichand-circle,iffindabnormality,shouldnotifytheelectricianoftheADMtomaintainorchange.Itisforbiddentodisconnectandmeet.Whenuseit,itisshouldbepreventedtomakethebarespacetouchtheequipment.
現場人員所戴靜電手環上班之前必須測試其好壞,若有羿常要通知管理部電工維修或更換,嚴禁自行拆下和亂接,在使用中要預防裸露處與設備靠接.
4.5.3thestaticmonitor（MK_8406）willrecordthedataaboutthelineittested
in24hours,thecheckershouldcheckthedataofeachdaytoseeifthemonitorshowsOKorFAIL（thestandardresultisbetweenonetoonehundredΩ）,iffindabnormality,notifytheelectricianrightawaytorepair.

靜電監視器會24小時記錄所測線路數據,負責檢查人員要認真檢查每天所測數據是顯示OK或FALL（標準值在14.6productionlineequipment生產線設備
4.6.1Theelectricianisinchargeoftheproductiontineandattachedeguipment.
生產線及附屬設施､設備由電工負責實施保養.
4.6.2Accordingtotheproductionline‘srule,theelectricianprotectandmaintaintheequipment
按照<<生產線設備操作與保養管理辦法>>實施操作保養.
4.6.3.Maintaintheequipmentinadvanceandprolongitslife
設備零件壽命到期提前預防保養.
4.6.4checkthepowerequipmentbeforeproducing,andconfirmingalltheequipmentsarenormal.
每日開線前按照<<電（動）力机械設備檢查表>>實施檢查,确認無異常才能開線
