（一）有关房子本身的
1）别墅:
SingleFamilyHouse,SingleHouse,或者就是用house,这里的house就是指独立的房子。
一般不太用villa这个词。
2）联体别墅/城市别墅:
townhouse，几乎不用cityhouse。
3）商品房/单元房/公寓:
condominium或者就用apartment，简称APT。
4高层住宅:
highrising，比如highrisingapartment。
5楼层:
floor，或者story，比如第二层:
secondfloor。
6房间:
bedroom，主卧室:
masterbedroom，书房:
studyroom。
第二个睡房:
secondbedroom。
7卫生间:
bathroom，简称bath，比如一房一卫:
