Theresearchmethods,launchedamodule,thisconferencemostclosetoovercomeepistemologyisdividedintoproductioncenterandconsumptionasthecenterofthemethod,materialconditionsincultureunderstandingquery,namelyasadepartment。
Fastforwardtotheearly21stcentury,theeconomyofthe"culture"currentlyhypecultureandmediaresearchwonadditionalvalue,becausethistime,itisnotonlythescholarsintheivorytowerwhoissupporttheanalyticreasons.Moreimportantis,’aculturalturn’initsmomentumgatheredenterprisesector,accordingto'culture'playsakeyroleintheeconomicaspect,andmarketingpractices,ontheonehand,theperformanceoftheorganization,enhancetheother。
Howeverminoratrend,andalsoitisnotablethatineconomicdiscipline,akeyeconomicgeographerproposedqualityasaculturaleconomicsaset,discoursestructure,positiveframemarket.Therefore,beforethemarketdoesnotexistatthe2002·),describedsomeofitsobjective,transcendentalmethod(DEguayanddiscourse.Economictheoryisregardedasaneconomicstructure,positiveensembleshapingreality(Karen,1998,2000)。

Wewouldn’tbesittingheretodayinthisseminar,andifwebelievesuchapartialideaofeffectiveness.Thisisone-sided,becauseitdoesnotacknowledgebothdesireandpossibilityofthebridgeacademicworkerspoliticalcriticismandparticipateinthegapbetween.Forthoseofuswhotodaytoshareaconcept:
acriticalframepolicyresearchprovidesabreakthroughpointthesetransitionalactivities。
ItspecifiesascholarBBS,tomeetthedecisionmakersandanalystswhoarewillingtoengageinmultidisciplinarypolicydiscussions.Mostimportantly,thetwoorganizationsdedicatedtothepossibilityofsocialtransformationinChinahasincrementalreformthroughtheregulatorysystem,fromthebackdropofculturalproduction`'meansamorecomplexthanwhattheprocessoftheculturalandeconomicmodecanbealoneprovides。
Forus,evenstartedthinking,culturalpolicyareasregulatorypolicychanges,wemustfirstrecognizethat'culture’cannotsimplyfollowmarketprinciples,becauseitisinthesametime"meansandpurposeofsocialregulationandgovernment”(Bennett,1992,26),therefore,’culture”isthesupervisionsystem,constitutivecanbeconsideredasindispensablerationalitygovernment.Thisculture/governmentcouplets,shouldbegivenequalweightsotheanalysisofthecorrectculturetendencyresearchemphasizethelinkbetweencultural/market。
Inaddition,wemustnotbeconceptmisleadingis,thecloserelationshipbetween’culture'and'government’isChinaalone。
EvenAmericaandBritainruledkingdomderegulationofspeech,stillbeontime,priceandtransmissionstandardcontenttelevisionindustryespeciallyinlanddepartments(hyjalLin,2001)pelosi.`culture’shouldbewhetherconsciousness,likeacommodityinthecenteroftheinternationaldebateisunderway
Thefeasibilityofaboutculturecross-mediabordertrade。
InCanada,EuropeandmorerecentlyintheUnitedStates(onmediaownershipdebateisinvolved,thefederalcommunicationscommission’srulingheart),countriesandculturalpolicyinstrumenttodelimitthenationalculturalmarketactiveparticipation。
Throwopentheresistanceofnationalculture,therefore,isnotjustChinamarketintegratedly。

InterventionIstillshouldnotice,nonlocalfluxbecauseinsuchacultureindustry"asapolicyofbirth”classificationofjustrecent.Itcanbetracedbackto2001,whenthe10thfive-yearplanmadeconspicuousplace,forthefirsttimechanyeforreformtomandarinerabegan.FromthecurrentchallengesofopeningChina'swtocontentindustryprovidescountryfurtherencouragedevelopmentthink-tankmusiccollegeinHongKongacademyforperformingartsinserviceastheyoungtalentsemergingculturalindustries。
