Anna’slawyerclaimstheyhaveagoodchanceofwinningthecaseincourt,ifitcanbeproventhattheimageshaveviolatedherrightstoapersonallife.But,basedonsimilarcasesandaccordingtoAustrianprivacylaws,iftheparentslose,theymaybeforcedtopaytheirdaughterafineof€3,000to€10,000.
