First,mayIthankyouforgivingmetheopportunitytoreturntoBrugesandinverydifferentcircumstancesfrommylastvisitshortlyaftertheZeebruggeFerrydisaster,whenBelgiancourageandthedevotionofyourdoctorsandnursessavedsomanyBritishlives.

TheCommunityisnotanendinitself.
英国不会梦想孤立安逸的生活在欧共体的边缘。
