2、zara是西班牙inditex集团旗下的一个子公司。
它既是服装品牌，也是专营zarp品牌系统的连锁零售品牌全球排名第三、西班牙排名第一的服装商。
3、接下来我们从四个方面分析zara的品牌经营特色：
品牌策略.供应链系统.高调时尚.主要设计师
4、品牌策略,zara经营成功因素有：
拥有庞大的设计师群；公司本身拥有9家成衣厂,从新款策划到生产出厂，最快可在一周内完成；zara的送货速度快；采取多样少量的经营方式，每隔3周其服装店内所有商品一定要全部换新。
5、供应链系统:
实际上至关重要的环节是zara的灵敏供应链系统，大大提高了zara的前导时间。
zara一年中大约推出120140种时装，而每一款时装的量一般不大。
6、高调时尚：
有人说全球敢在范思哲、lv、gucci旁边开店的，也只有zara，hm，优衣库。
就是说，同样的顾客群，他们用lv的包包，穿versace的鞋，可是，她们依然会去逛zara。
7、主要设计师：
zara有近400名设计师，他们经常坐飞机穿梭于各种时装发布会之间或者出入各种时尚场所。

9、“室内的地摊货”
在西班牙,在不少国人看来，这是一个欧洲大品牌，而zara在国内的售价走的也是中高档的路线。
但是，在西方时尚界，根本没有zara的地位。
在西班牙的一些中国留学生这么说：
“它更像服装界的洋快餐,讲究的是速度而非质量,走进zara店铺，就像进到一家服装市场，，而且新买的衣服就会发生褪色、松懈的情况。
”
在智利的消费者投诉网站上，有不少市民在投诉zara的质量问题,比如新衣服手洗后，严重变形。
在美国zara很受欢迎，主要是因为他们的款式善于模仿，价格便宜.

10、在华屡陷质量门
近年来，zara已成为各地工商、质检部门不合格产品名单中的“熟悉面孔”，消费者的投诉也不绝于耳。
多数集中在面料问题上。
据不完全统计，自2014年8月以来，zara的产品在中国至少7次被检测出有问题。
11、它的质量问题主要有以下几方面：
含绒量不合格：
北京消协检测到“zara”品牌一款外套大衣含绒量不合格的问题
色牢度不达标：
上海市工商局查出zara对沪售部分羊绒羊毛制品、儿童服装中有部分商品不合格。
服装质量不合格：
浙江省、哈尔滨市工商局多次查出zara的服装、针织商品不合格
凉鞋质量不合格：
上海市工商局曾公布了对沪售凉鞋的质量监测结果，被曝光不合格的凉鞋品牌有“zara”等品牌。
12、这里有一个因为zara的质量问题闹出的笑话，先来看一个相关的视频。
2014年5月10日，李平在婚礼上单膝下跪，为自己的新娘戴上戒指，这样温馨的一幕却因为劣质的zara品牌西装裤变得无比尴尬，因为存在严重的质量问题，新郎李平在婚礼上穿着的zara西裤突然脱线，在下跪的瞬间从裆部一直开裂到后腰。
李平表示无论是他本人还是他的妻子，都没有接到来自zara上海公司的任何电话。
13、从上面的案例可以发现zara的又一问题，面对消费者的投诉和质疑zara的反应是失声+“耳背”。
面对着质量质疑，zara选择习惯性地沉默，西班牙服装品牌zara面对质疑于2014年4月25日发表了声明，首次回应商品质量问题。
但声明中对关键问题避重就轻。
14、导致这些问题的原因是什么呢？
我们做了以下分析.
a问题的原因:
扩张太快，为了追潮流而缩短生产周期，“价格便宜加上发展速度太快，导致的必然结果就是质量会降低，而且每个店又开得那么大，市场成本过高，所以公司会压缩成本，包括原料成本以及人力成本。
b在管理上不严谨，往往只送检一批面料了事。
有时，不同批次的面料手感差不多，但实际检测质量相差较大”。
czara也是国际大牌的“山寨之王”,zara拥有200多名专业设计师，以最快的速度推出模仿的服装。
模仿只需几天时间，而传统生产方式下这个周期要长达4到12个月。
从流行趋势的识别到将迎合流行趋势的新款时装摆到店内，zara只需两三周。
人们买不起名贵的服装，山寨是最好的选择。
对于服装品牌，质量和服务很重要，在追求时尚的同时我们中国消费者难道可以这样一直容忍和放纵这些问题吗？
消费者协会的屈建辉曾说过：
“若控制不了质量别做中国人生意”。
作为中国人，我们不能一味追捧外国产品，要做一个明智的消费者。
