　　4.thelessorherebyacknowledgesreceiptofthesumofusd.19,800/—（usdollarsnineteenthousandandeighthundredonly）permonth.

　　5.itisherebyagreedbetweenthepartiesthatthelesseeshallpaytheaforesaidmonthlyrent

　　usd.3,300/—（usdollarsthreethousandandthreehundredonly）asthemonthlyrentaladvanceby20thofeachcalendarmonthforwhichifisdueaftercompletionofadvancerentperiodendingon15thjulyXX.

　　6.thatthelessorherebyacknowledgesreceiptofthesumofrs.60,000/—（rupeessixtythousandonly）fromthelesseeasfixededpositsecuritywhichshallberefundedtothelesseeongivingbackthevacantpossessionofthedemisedpremisesafterdeductionofdamages/shortagesoutstandingbillsforelectricity,water,gasandtelephonechargesetc,againstthedemisedpremises.
