  第一项概述

  一、概述

  北京XXXXX工程有限公司是中国XXXXX集团公司的直属企业,技术力量雄厚,拥有经验丰富的研究员、高级工程师,从事环保技术的研究,新产品的开发和设计,环境保护设施的运营等。

公司具有环境污染防治工程甲级设计资质;环境保护设施运营资质证书,可以承担5万吨/日以下的污水处理工程和各类型室内净气及中水处理工程的施工。

公司以航空系统的高技术、高质量、高效率为宗旨,竭诚为广大用户服务,为环境保护、造福人类做贡献。

  几年来,公司承担了各类供水、工业及生活污水处理工程,技术质量优良,经各地环保部门监测合格,均在正常运行中,如:

XXXXX食品有限公司生产废水处理工程、泰国XXXX水处理工程、约旦XXXXX城市污水处理厂、XXXXX生活污水处理厂、山东XXXXX有限公司污水处理工程、青岛XXXX造有限公司污水处理工程等等。

  第二项工艺设计

  一、工艺论述

  原水设计参数

  原水为胶州市XXXX有限公司及其附近几家企业的生产生活污水。

  工艺选择

  原水主要为食品生产废水、厂区生活污水及少量机械加工废水。

污水总水量较小,间歇排放,水质可生化性较好,水中含总氮、有机物等污染类物质。

  基于污水的上述特点,采用可根据具体污水性质、出水质量与运行功能要求灵活运行的间歇式活性污泥法。

  SBR池采用悬浮生长活性污泥型好氧生物法,活性污泥好氧和兼性微生物及其代谢的和吸附的有机物、无机物组成,具有降解废水中有机物的能力,显示生物化学活性。

污水的净化过程分为吸附、代谢和固液分离三个阶段。

在SBR池中,完成曝气降解和固液分离处理程序。

  SBR法的运行序列间歇操作为主要特征,其运行方式可根据进

  水污水水质及出水质量灵活调控。

它相对于连续式活性污泥法相比,具有如下特点:

生化反应推动力大、效率高;污泥不易膨胀;耐冲击负荷、处理能力强;脱氮除磷效果显著;无需加设污泥回流设施、节约费用等。

  因此确定该污水处理流程中的核心处理工艺为曝气调节—SBR法—规范化排放。

  格栅起去除污水中固体杂物,纤维状杂质的作用,防止此类物质进入调节池,堵塞污水泵和曝气设备。

设人工格栅一道。

  预曝气调节池主要用于储存污水,起均化水质,调节水量的作用。

内设穿孔管充氧曝气,可降低水中的BOD、COD的浓度,避免污水厌氧。

  SBR法生物处理

  调节池出水提升至SBR池进行生物处理。

SBR池采用悬浮生长活性污泥型好氧生物法,活性污泥好氧和兼性微生物及其代谢的和吸附的有机物、无机物组成,具有降解废水中有机物的能力。

同时,通过合理控制SBR池的运行方式,以达到脱除污水中氨氮的目的。

在SBR池中,完成污水中的有机污染物降解及泥水分离过程。

  污泥处理

  在污水处理过程中随着微生物新陈代谢,污水中原有的有机物转化为剩余污泥排出。

剩余污泥经重力浓缩及加药调质后,厢式压滤机进行脱水处理,泥饼外运填埋。
