Abstract

TeamSpiritisonesignificantsectionamongtheorganizationculture.Aperfectorganizationmanagementisabletosetanyoneintotheappropriatepositionbymeansofagreatteamorganizationsothateveryonecanperfectlygiveplaytohispotential.TeamSpiritcannotexistifthereisnocultureofmanagement,nogoodpsychologyinemployment,neitherthespiritofcontribution.Therefore,asagoodvitalityandstrongpower,TeamSpiritisonenecessarypartthatmodernsocietycouldnotaffordtolose!

Thispapermakesaclearcomparisonoftheorigin,developmentandperformanceinTeamSpiritbetweenChineseandAmericans,toillustratetheimportanceoftheTeamSpirit.ForthereisabigdifferencebetweenChinesecultureandAmericanones,andtheAmericanspaymoreattentiontotheTeamOrganizationwhencopewithdifficulties,thispaperwouldbeveryusefultohelpthereadersnotonlytolearnthisfactbutalsototrytoperformitintheirdailylifeforabetterresult!

摘要

团队精神是组织文化的一部分,良好的管理可以通过合适的组织形态将每个人安排至合适的岗位,充分发挥集体的潜能。

如果没有正确的管理文化,没有良好的从业心态和奉献精神,就不会有团队精神。

团队是一种精神,是一种力量,是现代社会中不可缺少的!

 

本文旨在对比中美两国就团队精神这一文化的差异,通过对比其渊源,发展,在某些活动中团队精神的表现以及其造成的结果,来体现团队精神的重要性。

由于中美两国文化的差异性,与中国相比较,美国社会更注重团队精神,本论文有助于在帮助读者了解这一文化差异的同时,可帮助其增强团队精神意识,在意识和行动上都具有一定的借鉴意义。

Introduction

TeamSpiritishighlyrequiredforthosestudentswhograduatedfromcollegeandaregoingtostarttheirfirstjobexperience,especiallywhenthetimeofknowledgeeconomyiscoming,inaddition,thegrowingdevelopmentofmodernizationinsocialismfoundationaffairisinahighlyneedoftheabilityofcommunicationandinterpersonalinteraction.

DoctorLiKaifu,thechiefExecutiveOfficerofMicrosoft,saidthatTeamSpiritisoneofthethreemostnecessaryqualitieshewouldliketoconsiderwhenemployanewstaff.

The21stcenturyisnotonlyatimeofknowledgeeconomybutalsoatimeofteamwork,anyonewhoworkalonecanbenotthateasytoobtainthecurrentsuccess!

Thetimerelyingonpersonalworkhasgone,andwouldneverbeback!

AstheChinesearenotmakingapointofdoingteamworkespeciallythosecollegestudents,theyaremorelikelytodotheirownparttheyresponsibleforwhenabigtaskisdistributedtothem,andtheynevercareabouttheother,asaresult,thetaskcannotalwaysbefinishedintime,oritcannotbeperfect!

TeamSpiritisakindofconsciousnesswhichneedstobecultivatedduringone’sgrowingexperienceratherthanbeingreplenishedwhenoneisinaneedofit.Eachoneissupposedtoknowit,andfurthermore,togettolearnhowtomakethemperformwellinateamwork.

Thispaperhelpsthereaders,especiallythoseChinesestudents,togettoknowthefactthattheylacktheTeamSpirit,andthereasonsandsolutionstocultivatestudent’sconsciousnessofTeamSpirit.

Necessityofthestudy

ThestudyontheTeamSpiritisinthehopeofhelpingthecollegestudentstolearnabouttheteammanagementintheUnitedStates,atsametime,toinspirethemtolearnfromthiskindofcultureandhaveagoodstartintheirfirstjobexperience.

TeamSpiritisoneofthemostimportantreflectionstothetraditionalChineseculture,aswellasthenecessaryparttotheknowledgeeconomicsandthemodernsociety.Theperiodofone’suniversitytimeisthelinktothesociety.Howisthestudents’TeamSpiritgoingisclosedconnectedtohisgrowingtomaturity?

Thecollegestudents’TeamSpirit,however,isnotconsideredtobepositive.Therefore,itishightimetomakeitaheadtasktocultivatecollegestudents’TeamSpirit.

1.1Studyonthecontents

Thefurtherdevelopmentofanyorganizationdependsmoreandmoreontheteampower.Whetheritpossessesgoodteamworkisthekeyfactorforanyorganizationtoflourishesitscause.Thispaperexpoundstheimplicationandeffectoftheteamwork,anddiscussesthedevelopmentofit!

ItstartswithgivingaspecificdefinitionoftheteamspiritandthengoestothefunctionofTeamSpiritandgivessomeusefuladvisesonhowtohelpcultivatingone’sTeamSpiritasanending.Allthesethreepiecesofinformationwilldosomehelptothisthesiswriting.

Quality,management,andmarketingarethethreehard-corerelatedtotheTeamSpirit.NoonecanreachitstopstatuswithoutTeamSpirit.Aclearaim,trustwitheachother,agoodcommunication,correlationstudyandskills,aunanimouspromise,andanefficientleaderwouldbethemainfeaturesofaneffectiveteam,accordingtotheauthorofthestudyontheTeamSpiritinManagementSchool,TianjinUniversity.

WhatistherelationshipbetweentheTeamSpiritandcollectivism,howdoestheTeamSpiritaffectone’smoralcultivation?

Collectively,theauthorgavesuggestionsfromfouraspects,thatis,cultivatingone’ssenseofcooperation,thesenseofsequence,thesenseofthank,andthesenseofresponsibility.

1.5StudyontheTeamSpiritinclass

FromtheEnglishclassinChina,theauthorfounditSinicizebytheinfluenceoftraditionalChineseculture.IndividualworkpatternofEnglishclassroomgroupactivitiesinChinatendstomakethe“interaction”meaningless.Withinthepaper,theauthorpresentedanewpatternofgroupworkaffectedby“TeamSpirit”,whichgreatlymotivatestheindividualsparticipateintheEnglishclassroomandhelpsthelearnerstoovercomepsychologicalblockinthesecondlanguagelearning.Inaddition,thestudyshowsthe“TeamSpirit”bringsabouttheeffectof“convergence”and“gain”inacquisitionofEnglishlanguageduringtheclassinteraction.

WhatisTeamSpiritandhowtodefineitwillbetheveryfirstpartinthepaper.ActuallythereisanumberofvariousdefinitionsaboutTeamSpirit:

TeamSpiritisakindofspiritthatbehavedbyaformalgroupofpeopleorganizedbytheindividualityinordertoachieveonegoal.Theteamisacommunitywhichcomposedwithseveralpersonsandofcourse,theycomplywitheachotherandaffecteachotherandworkhardtogethertoaspireaftersuccess.Itisalsoaformalgroupwhichisdifferentfromtheaverageoneforthegroupisabletoturntoateam,whileateamstressthecommonresponsibility,effectivenessandoutstandingachievement.Withinsuchkindoforganization,eachteammemberwillkeepreleasingtheirintelligence,ability,skillsandtechnicalabilitysteadily,atthesametime,theteammemberswouldfeelbehighlyrespectedandbemuchaccountedof.

AbouttheTeamSpirit,itemphasizesthatpersonalinterestshouldobeytheTeam’sinterest,thepartialoneshouldsubmittotheintegralone,butdonotarrestthepersonalinterest,itstressedalotaboutabilitytocommunicateandcorporatewiththeothermembers.

ThepointofagreatteamistheTeamSpirit,allthefollowingmainqualitieswillbeconsistedinahighlyTeamSpiritpossessed:

aclearaim,altitudinalfaithandpromise;theabilitytocommunicateopenly;thefaithtomakeeverythingbetterandcanbecarefulaboutthefeedbackinformationandalwayslearntoendeavortodostillbetter;knowverywellaboutone’sownshortcomings,andpositivelytakeprecautionfromthebadconsequence;confidenceandbelief;theorganizationconsciousnessandbegoodattakingadvantagesofresources.Furthermore,beabletoestablishtherelationshipwithotherteams.

Specifically,TeamSpiritismainlyshowedinthreequalities.Firstly,it’sbetweentheteamanditsteammembers.TeamSpiritmakesthemembersformastrongsenseofbelongingandstronglyconnectshisownprospectandinterestswiththeteam’sfate,theaimofateamisthegoalthatteammembersworkfor,onemustbefaithfultotheteamandownsthestrongsenseofresponsibilityandabeliefthathefeelshonorwhentheteamachievesuccesswhilebeshamefulwhentheteammeetsfailure;Secondly,itisbetweentheteammembers.TeamSpiritmakesitsmembersrelyon,respectfor,tolerantandbelieveineachother,fortheintegralharmonious,sothatthecohesiveforcewillbeformedtowhollyraisetheperformanceandattainthegoal;thirdly,itwouldbeperformedintheattitudethatteammembersapproachtheteamaffairs.BecauseoftheTeamSpirit,thememberswillthinkoftheteamworkastheirownbusiness,andputintoalltheirenergiesintotheworkenergetically,positiv
