PPC系列除尘器操作规程

OperatingInstructionforPPCSeriesDustFilter

一、安装及调试InstallationandDebugging

1、设备安装Installation

（1）为便于运输，设备均按汽车发运条件进行解体发运交货（其结构只刷防锈漆，面漆由用户负责委托安装单位涂刷）。

需方收到设备后，先按设备清单，检查是否缺件，然后检查在运输过程中是否有损坏，对运输过程造成损坏应及时修复。

同时对到货设备做好防损防窃等保管工作。

（2）对传动机构、装置进行专门检查，开始试转前对转动或滑动部分，要涂以润滑油，减速机箱内要注入润滑油，使机件正常动作。

（3）安装设备前应对基础进行校对，合格后才能进入安装工作。

安装工作应严格按图纸要求进行，一般由下而上，先把下部的部件包括支架、灰斗等安装妥当，支架、灰斗固定后再吊装中箱件及上箱体、然后再安装气包及配管以及电气信号系统。

袋笼及滤袋必须在和尘器安装质量全机检查合格后，才能安装，而且应在供方现场指导人员的指导下进行安装，确保安装质量。

Checkthefoundationbeforeinstalltheequipment,begintoinstallafteritmeetsthestandard.Makeinstallationaccordingtotherequirementsofdrawingstrictly.Generally,installtheequipmentfrombottomtoup,firstly,installandfixthepartsatbottom,suchassupport,ashhopperwell,thenhoistingthemediumboxanduppercase,finally,installtheairmanifold,pipingandelectricsignalsystem.Inordertoguaranteetheinstallationquality,thebagcageandfilterbagmustbeinstalledafterfinishtheinspectionfortheinstallationqualityofwholemachine,andmustbeguidedon-spotbymentorsfromtheseller.

（4）安装压缩空气管路时，管道内要除去污物防止堵塞，安装后要先清洗管路再进行试压，将减压阀调至规定压力。

（5）按清灰控制器或控制柜的接线要求安装电源及控制线路，然后进行整机试车。

（6）由于技术的不断进步，所以本说明书所注的尺寸如与实物稍有差别，恕不再另行说明。

2、设备调试Debugging

（1）除尘器本体部分：

①在设备安装完后，应将袋室、进气室、灰斗等部件内的杂物清除干净，检查各传动零部件是否灵活，并注以相应的润滑剂。

②检查各滤袋捆扎是否完好，滤袋应拉紧、挂直、入孔口是否严密。

如不严密，需整形或更换密封填料。

Checkifeachfilterbagpackedwellornotandtheintakeholetightornot.Thefilterbagshouldstrainandhanginstraight.Ifitisnottight,truingitorchangesealingfiller.

③检查各仪器与除尘器各电气执行元件的接线是否正确。

全部检查完毕后可以按如下程序调试试车。

Checkiftheconnectionbetweeneachinstrumentandeachelectricexecutecomponentiscorrectornot.Maketestrunaccordingtothefollowingprocedureafterfinishallinspection.

·接通压缩空气，检查压缩空气各管道接头、截止阀、滤气器、调压器、油雾器、电磁阀、气缸等气动元件安装是否严密。

然后闭合电气控制装置开关，向电磁阀输出动作信号，检查各气动元件是否正常工作。

·启动排灰装置，检查其是否合乎工作要求。

Startuptheash-cleaningdeviceandcheckifitmeetstheworkingstandard.

·启动主风机，注意观察除尘器空载运行的工作情况。

Startupthemainairblower,andobservethestatusofno-loadrunofdustfiltercarefully.

·逐室检查脉冲清灰的状况，确定清灰效果良好。

Checkthestatusofpulseash-cleaningroombyroomandensurethegoodash-cleaningresult.

·在进出风口总管路上测定风量、风速、阻力等数据，以便与设计数据比较。

Measureairvolume,airvelocityandresistanceatairinletandoutletofmainpipeline,soastocomparewiththedesigndata.

·除尘器开始负载运行，应让灰尘慢慢积聚在滤袋表面一段时间后，待袋内外压差大于100mm水柱以后再开动清灰装置，进行脉冲清灰。

经过一段时间后，可以将反复实验所得最佳效果的控制参数，固定在微机数据库内，实现正常控制。

（2）电控部分Electricalcontrol

在检查连结线路、仪表无误后，调节报警器得上限报警值后，接通电源，用手动操作，使各部件工作正常后，可根据除尘器的风量、粉尘情况（浓度、干湿度）选定清灰程序（应根据设备最初调试时的各项技术参数及理论与经验，选择最佳程序控制），实现袋除尘清灰的微机自动控制操作。

二、维护和检修Maintenanceandoverhauling

1、日常维护Dailymaintenance

（1）设备运行中，应设专人进行管理，并作好工作记录。

Whentheequipmentisinmotion,full-timepersonnelmanageitandmakeoperatinglogwell.

（2）管理人员应熟悉除尘器的原理、性能、使用条件，并掌握调整合维护方法。

Managementstaffshouldbefamiliarwiththeprinciple,performanceandserviceconditionsofdustfilterandgrasptheadjustmentandmaintenancemethod.

（3）减速机、输灰装置等机械运动部件应按规定注油和换油，发现有不正常现象应及时排除。

Forthemechanicalmovingelementsofreducerandashdeliverdevice,oilandchangeoilaccordingtotheregulations,removetheabnormalphenomenonintime.

（4）储气罐、气源三联体中的气水分离器应每班排污一次，同时气水分离器应每隔3～6个月清洗一次，油雾器应经常检查存油情况，及时加油。

（5）电磁脉冲阀如发生故障，应及时排除，如内部有杂质、水分，应进行清理，如膜片损坏应及时更换。

（6）使用定时式清灰控制器的，应定期测定清灰周期是否准确，否则应进行调整。

如使用定压式清灰控制器，应定时检查压力开关的工作情况，测压口是否堵塞，并进行清理。

（7）全部检修入孔门上的密封条如有损坏或老化，应及时进行更换。

（8）定期测定工艺参数，如烟气量、温度、浓度等，发现异常，应查找原因并及时处理。

（9）定期检查气路系统，排灰系统工作情况，发现异常应及时排除。

（10）开机时，先接通压缩空气至储气罐，接通控制器电源，启动排灰装置，如果系统中还有其他设备，应先启动下游设备。

（11）停机时，在工艺系统停止之后，应保持除尘器和引风机继续工作一段时间，以除去设备内的潮气和粉尘，必须注意的是，在除尘器停止工作时，必须反复对除尘器进行清灰操作（可用手动清灰）将滤袋上的粉尘除掉，以防止潮气影响而糊堵袋子。

（12）停机时，不必切断压缩气源，尤其在风机工作时，必须向提升阀气缸提供压缩空气，以保证提升阀处于开启状态。

Whenthemachinestops,don'tcut-offthesourceofcompressedair,especiallywhentheairblowerruns,youmustsupplycompressedairtoliftvalveandairtankforensuringtheliftvalveinopeningcondition.

（13）除尘器在正常工作时，排灰装置不能停止工作，否则灰斗内很快会积满粉尘以至溢入袋室，迫使除尘器停止工作。
