TheWorldWideWebwasinventedbyaBritishscientistnamedTimBernersLeein1989.Thisallowedhimtosendandreceivescientificdocumentswithtext,drawingsandphotos.Inthe1990s,moreandmorepeoplebegantousetheInternetandtheWorldWideWeb.

TheInternetisthehardware.Itallowsustocommunicatewithotherpeople.TheWorldWideWebisthesoftware.Itallowsustocreate,seeandreadmultimediadocuments.
