中考英语听力考试容易混淆的50个词语

听力考试时间宝贵,很多有用的信息稍纵即逝,最令人遗憾的莫过于听到一个自己摸棱两可的词或短语了,比如inaway和intheway,feelforsb.和feelforsth,通常会令我们举棋不定。

所以,在平日的训练当中,多多增强这些容易混淆的词语和短语的练习是十分有必要的,我们将分三次就一些易错的词语和表达法实行讲解,并附有例句,供大家加深理解。

1)abigtime:

尽兴,高兴的时刻

请大家注意区分以上两句的差别,第一句是指“竟达100人之多”,第二句则是“至少有100人”,要明白nolessthan是一种强调说法,它和notlessthan的区别在于事先假定的水准或是数量有所不同,nolessthan在某种意义上说来没有超过的意思,而notlessthan可能会超过,这种表达方式正好与nomorethan以及notmorethan相反。

在作“出售的”的意思的时候,onsale和forsale还是有一些不同的,一般来说,forsale多指物主亲自或委托代理人经手出售,而onsale通常表示店里的货物是供出售的。

1突出交际性,口语化。
