一、油净化装置适用范围及性能特点

Scopeandperformancecharacteristicsofoilpurificationdevice:

1、适用范围Applicationscope

本机是我公司广泛借鉴国外如美国颇尔、德国韦斯伐里亚、瑞典阿法拉伐等国技术基础上，研制的以离心机为主的离心分离式油过滤净化装置，能彻底分离水分和杂质。

TheequipmentwidelyuseforeigntechnologysuchasPALL,Westfalia,AlfaLaval,developedmainlyincentrifugemachineofcentrifugalseparatedfiltrationpurificationdevicce,anditcanbecompeletlyseapratedwaterandimpurities.

YJZ型系列离心式油净化装置利用离心分离技术，能快速有效地去除透平油或相当于透平油粘度以下其它如液压油、润滑油等类似油液中的颗粒杂质及乳化水、游离水，提高油液清洁等级，延长油液的使用寿命，从而使净化后的油质满足机组的运行要求，以确保机组的安全运行；另外本机也可用于炼油厂工艺上过滤水份和杂质.

YJZ型系列离心式油净化装置装设于离心式主油箱旁，油净化进出口管道连接于主油箱上，经本装置循环净化后的油液经主油箱进入润滑系统，它可与汽机系统同时运行，连续或间断过滤和净化VG32油，也可单独对VG32油进行净化处理。

本机也可对离心式油或相当于离心式油粘度的润滑油,如冷冻机油、机油、液压油等进行净化和过滤。

2、性能特点PerformanceFeature

（1）本装置采用进口离心机为主机能彻底分离出离心式油中的水分和杂质，脱水高效、快速，其各项性能指标优于国内产品，部分性能指标达到和超过进口产品。

（2）采用目前最先进的全新精过滤装置，滤材选用2μm污染物截留精度（βx≥200）的专用精制过滤芯，具有去污能力强、过滤效率高及寿命长等特点。

当油温达不到50℃，将严重影响分离效果，故离线运行时，需加热，与离心式在线运行时，离心式油本身温度可达到50℃，可不加热。

Iftheoiltemperaturecannotbereachto50℃,itwillbeeffecttheseparationresultseriously;Ifthemachineofflineruntime,itneedtoheat;Iftheoperationoilover50℃,itneedn’theat.

待净化油（含水量≤6%）经本机数次净化处理后，可达到下列性能指标：

三、结构及工作原理Instructureandworkingprinciple

1、结构Instructure

YJZ型系列离心式油净化装置主要由粗过滤装置、供油泵、加热器、保护过滤器、离心机、仪表、温度控制器、电气控制柜等部件组成。

YJZTypecentrifugalpurifyingdeviceconsistofcoarsefiltrationdevice,oilsupplypump,heating,peotectionfilter,centrifugalmachine,instrument,temperaturecontroller,controlcabinetandsoon.

整机固定公用车架上,同时车架也为容污箱,容污箱设有排污阀门。

2、工作原理WorkingPrinciple

首先，待净化油液经入口进入粗过滤器滤去除较大的悬浮杂质，以防止较大颗粒杂质进入输油泵，造成输油泵的卡阻或加速泵的磨损，缩短泵的使用寿命。

然后通过油加热器，通过螺旋绕流及渗透方式，使进入本装置的流向变为螺旋向上流动及渗透，同时改变油液的流速，然后再集中垂直向上溢出本装置，使油液在极缓慢的螺旋流运过程中，大量的游离水和沉淀污物杂质紧密包裹的状态得到打破。

再进入保护过滤器，保护过滤器采用2um高精度过滤滤芯制作，主要用于防止减少较大颗粒进入离心机及电磁阀，延长设备的使用寿命。

四、高效离心式分离装置HighEfficiencycentrifugalseparationdevice：

1、简述Resume

利用混合液（混浊液）中具有不同密度且互不相溶的轻、重液和固相，在离心力场中获得不同的沉降速度的原理，达到分离分层或使液体中固体颗粒沉降的目的。

2、离心分离CentrifugalSeparation

混蚀液在高速旋转的转鼓内，具有不同密度的多组分在离心力的作用下成圆环状，密度最大的固体颗粒向外运动积聚在转鼓的周壁，轻相液体在最内层，由于转鼓高速旋转产生的离心力远远大于重力，因此离心分离只需很少时间即能快速获得重力分离的效果。

分离空间SeparatedSpace

碟式分离机转鼓内有一组碟片，把转鼓空间分成许多薄层分离空间，从而大大缩短沉降距离，改善和提高分离效果。

Discseparatordrumcontainsasetofdiscs,anddividethedrumspaceintomanythinlayerseparationspace,andthenshortensettlingdistanceandimprovetheseparationeffect.

极限颗粒在分离空间内的运动路线上下窜动，从而实现分离。

Thelimitingpartcilemoveupanddownintheseparationspace,soastorealizetheseparation.

任何处于两碟片之间的极限颗粒若能在此路程段中到达碟片内表面，则可以被分离出来。

Anylimitingparticlesbetweenthetwodisccanbereachtointernalsurfaceofdiscduringthisprocess,thenitcanbeseparated.

五、安装调试InstallationandCommissioning

1、离心机使用时必须有水封水（工作水），工作水为低压水，压力在0.1-0.3MPa，采用次压力工作才能在离心机达到额定转速后达到密封效果。

我公司生产的离心式油净化装置内部运行管路，已按工况连接好,只需将外部水源接入离心机管路接口.

2、本装置车架底盘上设有移动脚轮，安装时不需要相应的地脚螺栓将本装置与地面紧固；本机设置为移动式结构，公共底盘也为容污箱,同时设有排污口。

3、将本装置进出口与离心式主油箱连通，形成一个循环系统，进出口应采用钢丝透明软管连接。

4、根据油、水及杂质的密度差，充分发挥本装置的净化效率，应将本装置的入口与离心式主油箱底部相连，出油管则连接于主油箱上部，同时保证出油口在油箱液面以下，以避免产生空气泡沫使吸油口进入空气。

5、用钢管或钢丝透明软管将排污阀出口连接好并引入排水沟。

6、接好三相四线电源，零线和地线应分别接好。

所有电气开关置于“关”位置。

7、本装置的油温是通过温度控制器控制的，出厂时设定在50℃,当油在此温度时能达到最佳水份分离效果。

8、接通总电源，将电控系统电源控制开关置于“就地”位置。
