2、拉伐等国技术基础上，研制的以离心机为主的离心分离式油过滤净化装置，能彻底分离水分和杂质。The equipment widely use foreign technology such as PALL,Westfalia,Alfa Laval,developed mainly in centrifuge machine of centrifugal separated filtration purification devicce,and it can be compeletly seaprated water and impurities.YJZ型系列离心式油净化装置利用离心分离技术，能快速

13、配置、功能和客户特殊工况有所变化。Remark:The overall dimension just for reference,it will be change acording to configuration、function and customs special condition.当油温达不到50，将严重影响分离效果，故离线运行时，需加热，与离心式在线运行时，离心式油本身温度可达到50，可不加热。If the oil temperature can not be reach to 50, it will be effect the separation result seriou

15、 free water;含水量Water content：50mg-kg（即50PPm）净化清洁度Cleanliness： NAS1638 7（x200，2m过滤芯）级三、结构及工作原理 Instructure and working principle 1、结构 Instructure YJZ型系列离心式油净化装置主要由粗过滤装置、供油泵、加热器、保护过滤器、离心机、仪表、温度控制器、电气控制柜等部件组成。YJZ Type centrifugal purifying device consist of coarse filtration device,oil supply pump,heat

16、ing,peotection filter,centrifugal machine,instrument,temperature controller,control cabinet and so on.整机固定公用车架上,同时车架也为容污箱,容污箱设有排污阀门。The complete set of machine should be fixed on common frame, at the same time the frame as well as dirty tank, and need to set blowdown valve.2、工作原理 Working Principle 首

17、先，待净化油液经入口进入粗过滤器滤去除较大的悬浮杂质，以防止较大颗粒杂质进入输油泵，造成输油泵的卡阻或加速泵的磨损，缩短泵的使用寿命。然后通过油加热器，通过螺旋绕流及渗透方式，使进入本装置的流向变为螺旋向上流动及渗透，同时改变油液的流速，然后再集中垂直向上溢出本装置，使油液在极缓慢的螺旋流运过程中，大量的游离水和沉淀污物杂质紧密包裹的状态得到打破。再进入保护过滤器，保护过滤器采用2um高精度过滤滤芯制作，主要用于防止减少较大颗粒进入离心机及电磁阀，延长设备的使用寿命。Firstly,the oil to be purified enter the coarse filter and then

19、f spiral flow and permeability, and make the flow direction of the device change to spiral upward anf infiltration,at the same time change the oil flow rate,and then focus on the veritical overflow device,in the process of oil extremely slow spiral flow ,a large amount of free water and sediment con

20、taminants tight wrapping is broken.And then into protect filter, protect filter use 2um high precision filter element product, and it mainly use to prevent larger particles into centrifugal machine and solenoid valve, prolong the equipment operation life.四、高效离心式分离装置 High Efficiency centrifugal separ

24、ct of gravity separation with little time.分离空间 Separated Space碟式分离机转鼓内有一组碟片，把转鼓空间分成许多薄层分离空间，从而大大缩短沉降距离，改善和提高分离效果。Disc separator drum contains a set of discs, and divide the drum space into many thin layer separation space, and then shorten settling distance and improve the separation effect.极限颗粒在分离空

25、间内的运动路线上下窜动，从而实现分离。The limiting partcile move up and down in the separation space,so as to realize the separation.任何处于两碟片之间的极限颗粒若能在此路程段中到达碟片内表面，则可以被分离出来。Any limiting particles between the two disc can be reach to internal surface of disc during this process, then it can be separated.五、安装调试 Installat

26、ion and Commissioning1、离心机使用时必须有水封水（工作水），工作水为低压水，压力在0.1-0.3MPa，采用次压力工作才能在离心机达到额定转速后达到密封效果。我公司生产的离心式油净化装置内部运行管路，已按工况连接好,只需将外部水源接入离心机管路接口.When the centrifugal machine operation, it need the operating water,and the water must be the low pressure water(range:0.1-0.3Mpa),the secondary pressure can be use

27、d to achieve the sealing effect after the centrifugal reach to rated rotating.The inner operation pipeline of the centrifugal oil purification manufactured by our company already connected, the user only need to connect the external water to pipe interface of centrifugal machine.2、本装置车架底盘上设有移动脚轮，安装时

28、不需要相应的地脚螺栓将本装置与地面紧固；本机设置为移动式结构，公共底盘也为容污箱,同时设有排污口。The common of the device set the moving caster,when installtion, it neednt fix relevent anchor bolt on ground.The device set the moving constructure, the common foundation as well as dirty box, and also set blowdown valve.3、将本装置进出口与离心式主油箱连通，形成一个循环系统，进

29、出口应采用钢丝透明软管连接。Connection the inelt&outlet of the device and centrifugal main tank,form a circulatory system, the inlet and outlet should use tansparent hose steel wire connected.4、根据油、水及杂质的密度差，充分发挥本装置的净化效率，应将本装置的入口与离心式主油箱底部相连，出油管则连接于主油箱上部，同时保证出油口在油箱液面以下，以避免产生空气泡沫使吸油口进入空气。According to the density dif
