ComprehensiveExtensionClauses
通用/GENERAL
E001BreachofConditionClause
ItisherebyagreedandunderstoodthattheconditionsandwarrantiesofthisPolicyshallapplyindividuallytoeachoftherisksinsuredandnotcollectivelytothem.Thusabreachinanyconditionorwarrantyshallvoidthesectiononlyinrespectofalltheriskstowhichthatbreachappliedanddoesnotaffectthesectioninrespectoftheotherrisks.
ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthispolicy.
C001违反条件条款
兹经双方同意，本保险单的条件和保证将分别适用于每一承保风险，而非共同适用于所有承保风险。
因此，对某些条件和保证的违反仅使该违反所适用风险的那一部分保障失效，不影响有关其它风险保障的有效性。
本保险单所载其他条件不变。
CurrencyClause（AON）
WhereanycurrencyconversionunderthisPolicyisnecessaryitisagreedthattheexchangeratetobeusedistheclosingexchangeratequotedbytheCentralBankofChinaandbasedon:
-
a）theexchangerateonthedateofpolicyinceptionoreffectivedateofanysubsequentendorsement（s）forcalculationand/orsettlementofpremium.
b）theexchangerateonthedateofoccurrenceoflossordamageforadjustmentand/orsettlementofclaims.
ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexceptionsofthisPolicy.
DisputeClause（AON）
AlldisputeunderthisinsurancearisingbetweentheInsuredandtheCompanyshallbesettledthroughfriendlynegotiations.Wherethetwopartiesfailtoreachanagreementafternegotiations,suchdisputeshallbesubmittedtoarbitrationortocourtforlegalactions.Unlessotherwiseagreed,sucharbitrationorlegalactionshallbecarriedoutintheplacewherethedefendantisdomiciled.
ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexceptionsofthisPolicy.
E002ErrorsandOmissionsClause
Itisherebyagreedandunderstoodthattheliabilityunderthispolicyshallnotbeprejudicedbyanyunintentionaldelay,errororomissioninreportingnewlocationsacquiredoroccupiedorinreportingvaluesofpropertyorindescriptionofanyotherinformationprovidedthatsuchdelay,errororomissionshallbereportedtotheCompanyassoonaspracticableafterknowledgethereof,andtheInsuredshallpayanappropriateadditionalpremiumuponrequestbythecompany,fromthedateofanyincreaseinrisk.Improper,faultyorerroneousappraisalsshallnotbeconsideredtobeanunintentionalerrororomission.
ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthispolicy.
C002错误和遗漏条款
兹经双方同意，本保险项下的赔偿责任不因被保险人非故意地延迟、错误或遗漏向本公司申报有关所占用的场地、保险财产价值的变更或其它有关信息而被拒负，一旦被保险人明白其疏忽或遗漏应在合理的时间内尽快向本公司申报，并根据保险公司要求支付自风险增加之日起的适当的附加保险费。
不正确的、有缺陷的或错误的评估不可视为非故意的错误与遗漏。
本保险单所载其他条件不变。
E003LossPayeeClause
AttherequestoftheInsured,Itisherebydeclaredandagreedthat______,ismadeanadditionalInsuredofthisPolicyandlosspayeeunderthisPolicy.UponwrittennoticebytheInsuredmaydesignateadditionalordifferentlosspayee（s）asitmayberequired.
ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthispolicy.
C003赔款受益人条款
应被保险人要求，双方同意，______将作为本保险单项下的增加被保险人及赔款受益人。
被保险人应书面通知本公司，指定所需增加或变更的赔款受益人。
本保险单所载其他条件不变。
LossNotificationClause（AON）
ThePolicywillnotbeprejudicedbyanyinadvertentdelaysinnotifyingtheinsurersofanycircumstancesoreventsgivingrisetoaclaimunderthePolicy.
ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexceptionsofthisPolicy.
E004NoControlClause
ItisherebyunderstoodandagreedthattheinsuranceherebyshallnotbeprejudicedbyanyactoromissionunknowntoorbeyondthecontroloftheInsuredonthepartofanyoneoccupyingorusingthepremisesprovidedthattheInsured,immediatelyonbecomingawarethereof,shallgivenoticetotheCompanyandpaytheappropriateadditionalpremiumrequired.
ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthispolicy.
C004不受控制条款
兹经双方同意，被保险人在占用或使用营业场所时，由于不知情或远非其所能控制的事件发生造成的遗漏申报或任何行为，不会影响本保险单的有效性，一旦被保险人知道应立即通知本公司并按要求支付适当的附加保险费。
本保险单所载其他条件不变。
E005ApprovedLossAdjusterClause
Itisnotedandagreedthattheestimatedlossamountexceed____________,theCompanyagreedtoappointCharteredLossAdjusterfirmintoadjusttheclaimandallthecostsandexpenseswillbebondedbytheCompany.
ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthispolicy.
C005指定理算人条款
兹经双方同意，若估计损失金额超过____________时，本公司同意委请公估行进行理算，所有费用由本公司负担。
本保险单所载其他条件不变。
NominatedAdjuster（Marsh）
ItisherebyagreedanddeclaredthatintheeventofanylosscoveredbythisPolicy,theamountofsuchlossshallbeadjustedsubjecttothetermsandconditionsofthePolicyby
-GABRobinsChinaCo.,Ltd.or
-PierreLeongAdjusters（Shanghai）Co.,Ltd.or
-otheradjusterstobemutuallyagreedbytheInsuredandtheLeadingInsurer.
Itisfurthernotedandagreedthatthelossadjuster’sfeeswillbepaidbytheInsurers.
ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthispolicy.
E006PaymentonAccountClause
ItisherebyunderstoodandagreedthatintheeventoftheoccurrenceofalosscoveredunderthisPolicytheCompanymayapproveanadvancepaymentonaccountinrespectofsuchlossattherequestoftheInsuredandwiththelossadjuster’srecommendation.Theamountislimitedto____________ofanyclaims.
ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthispolicy.
C006预付赔款条款
兹经双方同意，发生本保险单项下的损失时，依据被保险人的要求及理算师的建议，本公司可以预先支付赔款，金额限于每次索赔的____________。
本保险单所载其他条件不变。
PaymentOnAccountClauses（Marsh）
Intheeventoftheoccurrenceofalosscoveredunderthepolicy,anadvancepaymentonaccountcanbegrantedinrespectofsuchlossattherequestoftheinsuredandwiththelossadjuster’srecommendation.
ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthispolicy.
InterimPaymentClause（HSBC）
ItisherebyunderstoodandagreedthatintheeventoftheoccurrenceofalosscoveredunderthisinsuranceanadvancepaymentonaccountinrespectofsuchlosswillbemadetotheInsuredwiththeadjuster'srecommendation.
E00760Days’NoticeOfCancellationClause
Itisherebyunderstoodandagreedthattheinsurancemayatanytimebeterminatedattheoptionoftheinsurer,givingsixtydays’noticetothateffectbeinggiventotheInsured,inwhichcasetheCompanyshallbeliabletorepayondemandaratableproportionofthepremiumfortheunexpiredtermsfromthedateoftheCancellation.
Theinsurancemayalsoatanytimebeterminatedattheoptionoftheinsured,givingimmediatenoticetothateffectbeinggivingtotheInsurer,inwhichcasetheInsuredshallbechargedonashortperiodpremiumfortheexpiredtermsfromthedateofinception.
ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthispolicy.
C007六十天通知注销保单条款
兹经双方同意，保险人可以提前六十天通知被保险人注销本保险单，在此情况下，本公司应将按比例计算的自保险单注销之日起的未到期保险费退还给被保险人。
被保险人可以随时通知保险人注销本保险单，在此情况下，本公司按短期费率收取自保险单开始之日起的已生效保险费。
本保险单所载其他条件不变。
E008BreachofWarrantiesClause
Ifabreachofanywarrantyorconditioninanyformorendorsementattachedtoormadeapartofthisinsuranceshalloccur,andbecomeknowntotheInsured,whichbreach,bythetermsofsuchwarrantyorcondition,shalloperatetosuspendorvoidthisinsurance;itisagreedthatsuchsuspensionorvoidanceduetosuchbreachshallbeeffectiveonlyduringthecontinuanceofsuchbreach,andthenonlyastothebuildingorcontentsthereinorotherseparatelocationtowhichsuchwarrantyorconditionhasreferenceandinrespecttowhichsuchbreachoccurs.
ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthispolicy.
C008违反保证条款
如果被保险人有任何违反本保险保单或所附批单中规定的保证义务或索赔条件，且该情况为被保险人所知晓，则此违反行为将导致保单效力中止或者保单失效。
双方同意因上述违反导致保单中止或失效只能针对在违反行为存续期间发生的事故，并且只能针对此违反保证义务或索赔条件所涉及的保险财产。
本保险单所载其他条件不变。
BreachofWarranties（AON）
AnybreachofthewithinwarrantieswithouttheknowledgeandconsentoftheInsuredshallnotprejudicethisInsuranceprovidednoticeinwritingbegiventotheCompanyimmediatelyuponsuchbreachcomingtotheirknowledge.
ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexceptionsofthisPolicy.
BreachofWarrantiesandConditions（AON）
TheWarrantiesandConditionsofthisPolicyshallapplyindividuallytoeachoftherisksinsuredandnotcollectivelytothem.ThusabreachofanywarrantyorconditionshallvoidthePolicyonlyinrespectofalltheriskstowhichthatbreachappliedanddoesnotaffectthePolicyinrespectoftheotherrisks.
违反保证条件条款（AON）
本保险单的保证和条件分别适用于每一承保的风险，而不是同时适用于全部的承保风险。
因此，对任何保证或条件的违反仅导致该保证适用的风险和其它风险的有关部分失效。
E009Non-InvalidationClause
ItisagreedthatthisInsuranceshallnotbeinvalidatedbyanychangeofoccupancyorincreaseofrisktakingplaceinthePropertyInsuredwithouttheInsured'sknowledge,providedthattheyshall,immediatelyonthesametimecomingtotheirknowledge,advisetheCompanyandpayanyadditionalpremiumthatmayberequiredfromthedateofsuchincreaseofrisk.
ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthispolicy.
C009不可失效条款
兹经双方同意，若被保险人不知道保险标的的占用性质发生改变或保险财产的风险程度增加而致其未尽通知保险人之义务，将不会导致本保险失效。
但被保险人一旦知悉上述情况，应立即通知保险人，并且支付因风险程度增加而增收的保险费。
本保险单所载其他条件不变。
Non-vitiationClause（HSBC）
ItisnotedandagreedthattheInsuredcomprisesmorethanonepartyeachoperatingasseparateanddistinctentityandthatcoverhereundershallapplyinthesamemannerandtothesameextentasifindividualinsuranceshadbeenissuedtoeachsuchparty.
Therightsandindemnityofanyofthepartieswhoarenotguiltyofanyactofneglecterrororomissionfraudmaterialmisrepresentationmaterialnon-disclosureoranybreachofanytermoranyconditionofthisPolicyshallnotbeprejudicedbyanyactofneglecterrororomissionfraudmaterial
升级会员
