酒店消防安全管理制度

ObjectiveofPolicy政策目的

制定本项制度是为了保证酒店客人﹑员工和酒店财产安全，避免或减少消防安全事故的发生。

Thissystemisdesignedtoensurethesafetyofhotelguests,employeesandhotelproperty,avoidorreducesafetyaccidents.

1.严格执行国家﹑地方政府有关消防工作的法律﹑条例及酒店消防管理制度.

Strictlyimplementsnational,localgovernments,firecontrolworkofthe

relevantlaws,regulationsandthehotelfiremanagementsystem.

2..严格监督各种消防安全制度的落实情况，做好消防保障工作。

Theimplementationofstrictsupervisionandvariouskindsoffiresafetysystem,

completesthefiresecuritywork.

3.熟悉消防系统各组成部分的具体功能和操作方法，掌握其工作原理做好设备的日常运行管理

工作.

Befamiliarwiththefirecontrolsystemofthespecificfunctionofeach

componentandoperationmethod,tomasteritsworkingprincipledothedaily

operationmanagementofequipmentwork.

4.掌握火警处理程序及紧急疏散程序，掌握对突发火灾的处理程序及扑救措施。

theemergencyfireprogramandmeasurestosave.

5.定期对员工在消防知识﹑设备操作进行培训，进行消防演练。

6.消防控制室执行24小时值班制度，认真填写工作记录和交接记录。

Execute24-hourdutysystemoffirecontrolroom,fillinrecordandhandoverof

7.实行消防安全检查制度，每日消防安全巡查，检查酒店各消防设施和酒店重点部位防火安全

情况，对发现的安全隐患及时整改。

月度检查和节假日安全检查由酒店消防负责人联合各部

门负责人统一联合检查。

9.开展酒店消防安全“四个能力”建设：

提高检查消除火灾隐患能力，提高组织扑救初起火

灾能力，提高组织人员疏散逃生能力，做到提高消防宣传教育培训能力。

用火﹑用电﹑易燃、易爆物品管理安全制度

制定本项制度是为了保证酒店客人﹑员工和酒店财产安全，避免或减少消防安全事故的发生.

Thissystemisdesignedtoensurethesafetyofhotelguests,employeesandhotelproperty,avoidorreducesafetyaccidents.

1.本酒店内需动用的一切明火，必须经保安部批准，落实安全措施，指定专人监护现场，动火

作业结束要认真检查，不得留有火种。

Thehotelalldomesticdemandtheuseofopenflames,mustbeapprovedbythe

security,theimplementationofsafetymeasures,appointsomeonemonitoringthe

scene,whenhotEndofhomeworkcarefullycheck,thereshallnotbecarried.

2.明火和具有火灾危险性的操作，应该与易燃可燃和爆炸物品保持一定距离，并且要根据具体

情况采取必要的消防安全措施。

3.客房内严禁躺在床上吸烟，烟头和火柴梗不要乱扔乱放，应放在烟灰缸内，服务员要勤督

促,勤检查。

4.酒店内严禁乱拉临时用电线路，如施工﹑维修需用临时线路，应上报保安部﹑工程部批

准，临时线路用后要及时拆除。

5.安装﹑修理电气设备必须由正式电工操作，并要求严格执行电业部门的有关规定及操作规

范，不准擅自改装电气设备，电气设备不准超负荷运行，禁止使用不符合安全要求的电线﹑

电气设备﹑保险装置。

6.电气设备要定期检查维修，防止引起电火花、短路、电阻过大、发热、缺相超负荷及电线绝

缘损坏等现象。

7.严禁将易燃易爆化学物品带入酒店，严禁燃放烟花爆竹。

客人所带的易燃易爆物品应交保安

部妥善保管。

8.酒店内禁止储藏易燃易爆化学物品，施工必须使用的易燃易爆化学物品，可按不超过一周的

使用量储存，并定人、定点、定措施，予以妥善保管。

9.保管和使用化学易燃易爆物品，必须建立严格的收发、登记、回收和检查制度。

动焊防火安全制度

制定本项制度是为了保证酒店客人﹑员工和酒店财产安全，避免或减少消防安全事故的发生.

Thissystemisdesignedtoensurethesafetyofhotelguests,employeesandhotelproperty,avoidorreducesafetyaccidents.

1.严格执行《酒店消防安全管理制度》和《用火用电、易燃、易爆物品管理制度》。

如要动

焊，必须事先办理动火证，经保安部批准，方可进行。

2.施工作业中的安全措施：

⑴作业前的准备工作明确作业任务，认真了解作业现场情况，估计

可能会发生的不安全因素。

在室外焊接时，要注意风力的大小和方

向变化，防止金属火星飘到邻近的可燃物上。

1作业前可采用一问、二看、三闻、四测爆的检查方法，不可盲目焊割.

2对焊割工程较大，施工环境比较复杂的临时焊割场所，要与有关部门一起制定《安全操作实施方案》，做到定人定点、定措施，落实安全岗位责任制。

wanttotogetherwiththerelevantdepartments,formulateoperationalmeasuresofsafeoperation,

（2）.作业前的准备工作

Thepreparationbeforeoperation

拆迁：

在易燃易爆场所和禁火区域里，应把焊割件拆下，迁移到安全地带进行焊割。

Demolition:

ininflammableandexplosiveplacesandthefirearea,shouldbe

removed,theweldingpartshangemigrationtosafety.

隔离：

对确实无法拆装的焊割件，要把焊割件的部位或设备与其它易燃易爆物质进行严密

隔离。

Isolation:

donottearopenoutfitweldingparts,thecuttingpieceparts

orequipmentcloselywithotherflammableandexplosivesubstancesIsolation.

置换:

对可燃气体的容器管道进行焊割时，可将惰性气体、蒸汽或水注入容器管道内，把

残存在里面的可燃气体置换出来。

Replacement:

tohange,containersofflammablegaspipelinecanbeinertgas,

steamorwaterinjectionpipe,theRemainingintheinsideofthecombustible

gasdisplacement.

清洗：

对储存过易燃液体的设备和管道进行焊割前应先用热水、蒸汽或酸、碱液把残余在

里面的易燃液体清洗掉。

对无法溶解的污染物，应先铲除干净，然后进行清洗。

Cleaning:

beforeweldingwithhotwater,steam,ortheresidualintheacidandalkali

liquorTheinsideoftheflammableliquidcleaningoff.Tocannotbedissolved

移去危险物品：

把作业现场的危险品搬走。

敞开设备：

被焊割的设备，作业前必须卸压，开启全部入孔、阀门等。

Opendevice:

beweldsshearstheequipment,mustbeunloadingbefore

operation,allopenmanhole,valves,etc.

加强通风：

在有易燃易爆、有毒气的室内作业时，应先进行通风，待室内易燃易爆和有毒

气排除到室外后，才能进行焊割。

Strengthenventilated:

inflammableandexplosive,poisonousgasindoorwork,

shouldlookforventilation,stayindoorflammableandtoxicAftertheairout

oftheoutdoor,canbeweldedshears.

提高湿度：

进行冷却，作业点附近的可燃物无法搬走时，可采用喷水的方法，把可燃物浇

湿进行冷却，增加它们的耐火能力。

Improvethehumidity:

forcooling,neartheoperatingpointoffuel,unableto

moveouttoadoptthemethodofwaterjet,thefuelpouringWetforcooling,

increasetheirabilityofrefractory.

备好灭火器材：

针对不同现场的作业和焊割对象，配备一定数量的灭火器材
