8.1总则

GENERAL

8.1.1本规则是国际射联技术规则的一部分，适用于所有手枪项目。

TheseRulesarepartoftheISSFTechnicalRulesandapplytoallpistolevents.

8.1.2所有参赛者、领队和官员必须熟悉国际射联规则，并保证执行。

遵守规则是每一名参赛者的责任。

Allathletes,teamleadersandofficialsmustbefamiliarwiththeISSFRulesandmustensurethattheseRulesareenforced.ItistheresponsibilityofeachathletetocomplywiththeRules.

8.1.3适用于右手参赛者的规则，也适用于左手参赛者。

WhenaRulereferstoright-handedathletes,thereverseofthatRulereferstoleft-handedathletes.

8.1.4规则除非特指男子或女子项目，否则必须同时适用于男子和女子项目。

8.4装备与弹药

8.4.1所有手枪标准

StandardsforallPistols

8.4.1.1握把：

关于握把尺寸和细节详见手枪规格表和手枪配置图解。

Grips.FordimensionsanddetailsofgripsseethePISTOLSPECIFICATIONTABLEandthePISTOLCONFIGURATIONDRAWINGS.

•枪的握把和任何其它部件均不得延长或制作成可以触碰到手部之外的身体。

在正常举枪射击时，手腕必须保持活动自由。

持枪的手和臂不能佩带手镯、手表、手链或类似物品。

Neitherthegripnoranypartofthepistolmaybeextendedorconstructedinanywaythatwouldallowittotouchbeyondthehand.Thewristmustremainvisiblyfreewhenthepistolisheldinthenormalfiringposition.Bracelets,wristwatches,wristbands,orsimilaritemsareprohibitedonthehandandarmthatholdsthepistol;and

•只要符合这些规定，允许参赛者使用可调握把。

已经通过装备检查的握把不能调整成违背这些规则的状态。

8.4.1.2枪管：

8.4.1.3瞄准具：

见手枪规格表

Sights:

•只能使用开式瞄准具，禁止使用光学瞄准镜、反光镜、望远镜、激光束和电子投影点等。

Onlyopensightsareallowed.Optical,mirror,telescope,laser-beam,electronicallyprojecteddotsightsetc.,areprohibited.

•禁止瞄准装置设计成对击发机构起作用；

Anyaimingdeviceprogrammedtoactivatethefiringmechanismisprohibited;

•不许在前、后瞄准具使用保护盖。

Noprotectivecoveringispermittedonfrontorrearopensights.

•手枪上不能装矫正镜或滤色镜；

Correctinglensesand/orfiltersmustnotbeattachedtothepistol;and

•允许参赛者戴矫正隐形眼镜或眼镜、滤色镜或有色镜片。

Correctivelensesoreyeglassesand/orfiltersortintedlensesmaybewornbytheathlete.

8.4.1.4在以下前提下，允许使用电子扳机：

ElectronicTriggersareallowedproviding:

•所有电子扳机装置需牢固地附着或安装在枪身结构或手枪握把内；

Allcomponentsarefirmlyattachedtoandcontainedwithintheframeorgripofthepistol;

•只能用持枪的手扣扳机。

Thetriggerisoperatedbythehandthatholdsthepistol;

•装备检查时，应将所有电子装置一同送装备检查处检查。

AllcomponentsareincludedwhenthepistolissubmittedforinspectionbyEquipmentControl;and

•手枪及其安装好的部件应符合规则规定的尺寸和重量。

Thepistolwithallcomponentsinstalledcomplieswiththerulesgoverningdimensionsandweightforthatevent.

8.4.1.5只要符合规则规定的尺寸和重量，允许在枪上安装收壳器，但要由装备检查处在检查卡片上注明。

CaseCatchersareallowedprovidingthepistolcomplieswiththeseRules（dimensionsandweight）whenattached.ThismustbemarkedontheEquipmentControlCardbyEquipmentControl.

8.4.1.6缓冲或减震系统。

射击时禁止使用任何会明显减弱、减慢或减少手枪震动或移动的设备、机械或系统。

MovementorOscillationReductionSystems.Anydevice,mechanismorsystemthatactivelyreduces,slowsorminimizespistoloscillationsormovementsbeforetheshotisreleasedisprohibited.

8.4.2测量扳机引力

MeasuringTriggerPullWeight

扳机引力必须测量。

测量时枪管垂直，秤锤钩悬挂在扳机的中间（见图）。

秤锤必须放在水平物体的表面并从表面完全提起。

检查由装备检查员负责。

整个比赛期间，扳机引力不得小于规定的最小限度。

扳机引力是否合格，最多测量三次。

如不合格，调整后才能再检查。

气枪扳机引力应在充气状态下测量。

Theweightofthetriggerpullmustbemeasured,withthetestweightsuspendednearthemiddleofthetrigger（seeillustrations）andthebarrelheldvertically.Theweightmustbeplacedonahorizontalsurfaceandliftedclearofthesurface.ThetestsmustbeconductedbyEquipmentControlofficials.Theminimumweightofthetriggerpullmustbemaintainedthroughoutthecompetition.Amaximumofthree（3）attemptstolifttheweightareallowed.Ifitdoesnotpass,itmayonlyberesubmittedafteradjustment.Whentestingairorgasactuatedpistols,thepropellantchargemustbeactivated.

8.4.2.1扳机引力检查应按照下图进行。

秤锤的挂钩接触面应为金属刃状或橡胶刃状。

不得使用滚轮或成其它圆状，必须使用固定式无弹簧或其他装置的秤锤。

Testingtheweightofthetriggerpullmustbedoneaccoringtothediagramsbelow.Aweightwithametalorrubberknifeedge-mustbeused.Arolleronthetriggerweightisnotpermitted.Adeadweightmustbeusedwithnospringsorotherdevices.

8.4.2.2在训练和比赛期间，参赛者在场地上可以随时检查扳机引力，或在决赛前，允许其重新检查扳机引力。

TheappropriatetriggertestweightmustalsobemadeavailabletoathletesontherangebeforeandduringTrainingandCompetition,andbeforeFinals,toallowthemtorechecktheweightofthetriggerpullontheirpistols.

8.4.2.310米和25米项目资格赛所有阶段的最后一组射击完毕，立即随机抽查板机引力。

标准手枪项目将在每60发后抽查，或比赛分为两个阶段（30+30发），在每个阶段后抽查。

至少每个射击地段抽查1名射手（或气手枪项目每8个靶位抽查一名），由手枪仲裁抽签决定，装备检查员应在枪支装箱前立即检查。

扳机引力是否合格，最多测量三次。

如均不合格，则必须取消该参赛者比赛资格。

RandomTriggerWeightcontrolchecksmustbeconductedimmediatelyafterthelastseriesinallQualificationRoundsof10meventsand25mstages.ChecksinStandardPistolwillbemadeafter60shotsor,ifthecompetitionisfiredintwostages（30+30shots）,checkswillbedoneaftereachstage.Atleastone

（1）athleteshouldbeselectedfromeachRangeSection（oreveryeight（8）firingpositionsforAirPistol）bythedrawingoflotsbythePistolJury.EquipmentControlOfficersmustthenconductthetestsbeforepistolsarereturnedtotheircases.Amaximumofthree（3）attemptstolifttheweightisallowed.Anathletewhosepistolfailsthistestorwhenaselectedathletewhofailstosubmithispistolfortestingmustbedisqualified.

8.4.325米手枪标准

Standardsfor25mPistols

•在比赛的所有阶段和组次中，参赛者只能使用同一支枪。

除非因故障不能使用。

TheAthletemustusethesamepistolinallstagesandseriesofaneventunlessitceasestofunction.

•在正常举枪时，枪管中心线必须高于握枪手的拇指和食指之间的最高部位。

Thecenterlineoftheboremustpassabovetheweb（betweenthumbandforefinger）ofthehandholdingthepistolinthenormalfiringposition;and

•枪管长度的测量方法如下（见手枪规格表）：

半自动枪

Semiautomatic

枪口到弹膛后切面（枪管加弹膛）。

8.4.3.125米边缘发火手枪

25mRimfirePistol

任何口径为5.6毫米（.22英寸）边缘发火，使用步枪长弹的、非单发装填、并符合手枪规格表的手枪均可使用。

Anycaliber5.6mm（.22”）rimfirepistol,chamberedforLongRiflecartridges,exceptsingleshotpistol,thatconformstothePISTOLSPECIFICATIONTABLEmaybeused.

8.4.3.225米中心发火手枪

25mCenterFirePistol

除单发装填的手枪，任何口径在7.62-9.65毫米（.30-.38英寸）的中心发火并符合手枪规格表的手枪或转轮枪均可使用。

AnyCenterFirePistolorRevolver,exceptsingleshotpistol,ofcaliber7.62mmto9.65mm（.30”-.38”）,thatconformstothePISTOLSPECIFICATIONTABLEmaybeused.

8.4.3.350米手枪

50mPistol

•任何5.6毫米口径（.22英寸）边缘发火，使用步枪长弹的手枪均可使用。

Anycaliber5.6mm（.22”）rimfirepistolchamberedforLongRiflecartridgesmaybeused;and

•50米手枪允许使用木套，但不能包住手腕。

Handcoversfor50mPistolsarepermitted,providingtheydonotcoverthewrist.

8.4.4子弹

Ammunition

所有子弹只能是铅制或类似软材料制成的。

禁止使用披甲弹。

仲裁可从参赛者使用的弹药中进行抽样检查。

Allprojectilesusedmustbemadeonlyofleadorsimilarsoftmaterial.Jacketedprojectilesarenotpermitted.TheJurymaytakesamplesfromtheathlete’sammunitionforchecking.

8.4.4.1速度测试使用测速仪（测量速度的设备）。

技术代表应按照国际射联技术委员会开发的检测程序确认测速仪的精准性。

应为参赛者在场地内提供测速仪。

Velocitytestingwillbedonewithachronograph（velocitymeasurementdevice）.TheTechnicalDelegatemustconfirmtheaccuracyofthechronographinaccordancewithtestingproceduresdevelopedbytheISSFTechnicalCommittee.Achronographmustbeavailabletoathletesontherange.

8.4.4.2每阶段每组至少抽查一名参赛者的子弹应进行测试。

装备检查将监督抽查参赛者进行测试并在每30发资格赛阶段前收集要测试的子弹（参赛者每一阶段的比赛应该至少带50发子弹）。

仲裁委员应从参赛者使用的子弹中取10发子弹，放进带有标签的信封里并密封，然后交给检查人员。

该阶段结束后，被抽查的参赛者应进
