ThisProcedureisapplicabletofabricationofsixatmosphericpressurevesselsunderZhuhaiLNGProject.
本程序适用于珠海LNG6台常温容器建造项目。

3.PreparationbeforePressureTesting
3试压前准备
3.1Thepressuretestingforvesselshallbecarriedoutafterthevesselhasbeenmanufacturedandconfirmedasqualifiedthroughinspectionandtheassemblyofvesselcomestothestepofpressuretestingandbeforethevesseliscoated.
3.1容器的压力试验。
须在容器制造完工检验合格、容器装配过程的工序传到试压工序后,容器涂装前进行。
3.2Beforethepressuretesting,theoperatorshallgetfamiliarwiththeprovisionsrelatingtopressuretestingasspecifiedindrawingandprocesscard.
3.2压力试验操作人员操作前必须先熟悉图纸和过程卡的试压内容规定。
3.3Thepressuretestingshallbecarriedoutinthespecifiedplace,andsuchplaceshallbeequippedwithreliablesafetyfacilitiesandshallhavebeenconfirmedasacceptablebythepersoninchargeoftechnologyandthesafetydepartmentthroughinspection.Inthecourseofpressuretesting,noworkirrelatedtothetestingmaybecarriedout,andnopersonirrelatedtothetestingmaystayinthetestingplace.
3.3压力试验应在规定的场地进行，场地应有可靠的安全防护设施，并应经单位技术负责人和安全部门检查认可。
耐压试验过程中，不得进行与试验无关的工作，无关人员不得在试验现场停留。
3.4Thevesselshallbeproperlyplaced,soastoavoidthedeformationofvesselafterbeingfilledwithliquid.Theexhaustventshallbelocatedonthetopofvessel,soastofacilitatetheairventinginthecourseofliquidfilling.
3.4容器应妥善放置，以免容器在充液后发生变形。
排气孔应放置在容器的最顶位置，以利于充液时排气。
3.5Beforethepressuretesting,0.4-0.5Mpacompressedairshallbeappliedtothereinforcingringonopenignofvessel,soastoinspectthequalityofweldingseam.
3.5容器的开孔补强圈在耐压试验前应通0.4—0.5Mpa压缩空气检查焊缝质量。
3.6Twopressuregaugeswhichhavethesamemeasuringrangeandareincalibrationperiodshallbeused,themeasuringrangeshallbe1.5-3timesthetestingpressure（2timespreferred）.ThepressuregaugeshallcomplywiththerelevantprovisionsoftheRegulationsforSupervisiononSafetyTechnologyforPressureVessel,andshallbeinstalledonthetopoftestingdevicewhereitisconvenienttocarryoutobservation.
3.6必须用两个量程相同的并在检定周期内的压力表，量程是试验压力的1.5～3倍，最好选用2倍。
压力表应符合《压力容器安全技术监察规程》的有关规定，并安装在试验装置顶部上便于观察的部位。
3.7Allpipejointsandconnectingpipeholesonvesselshallbesealeduponlywiththepipecap,pipeplugorvalvewhichcanwithstandthepressurenolessthantheoperatingpressureofvesselortheclosingboardwhichmeetstherequirements.
3.7容器所有的管接头和接管子孔只能用大于或等于容器工作压力的管帽、管塞、阀门或符合要求的封板封闭。
3.8Beforefillingliquidintovessel,theinsideofvesselshallbeclean.Forthepurposeofliquidfilling,thegasinvesselshallbefullydischarged.
3.8容器充液前,内部应清洁干净，充液时应将滞留在容器内的气体排尽。
3.9Beforethepressuretesting,thefixingboltsoneveryconnectiononpressurevesselshallbeinplaceandreliablytightenedup.
3.9压力试验前,压力容器每一个连接部位的紧固螺栓,必须装配齐全，紧固可靠。
3.10Beforethehydrauclitesting,theexternalsurfaceofvesselshallbekeptdryandclean.
3.10液压试验前,容器外表面应保持干燥、干净。
4.Water-containingTesting
4盛水试验
4.1Beforethetesting,theexternalsurfaceofweldedjointshallbecleanedanddried.
4.1试验前将焊接接头的外表面清理干净，并使之干燥。
4.2Thevesselshallbemaintainedforatleastonehourafteritisfilledwithwater,andthereafternoleakageshallbefoundalongtheweldingseam.Ifanyleakageisfound,thetestingshallbecarriedoutagainaftertherepairthereof.
4.2向容器注满水后，应保持一小时以上，检查焊缝应无渗漏，如有渗漏应修补后重新试验。
4.3Afterthevesselsuccessfullypassesthewater-containingtesting,thehydrauclitestingwillbecarriedout.
4.3盛水试验合格后，转入液压试验。
5.HydraucliTesting
5液压试验
5.1Asforthehydrauclitesting,thepressureandtemperatureoftestingliquidshallmeettherequirementsofdesigndrawing.
5.1液压试验压力、试验液体温度按设计图样规定执行。
5.2Inthecourseofthetestingforatmosphericpressurevessel,thetestingpressureshallberaisedslowlyuntilthespecifiedvalueisreached（PleaserefertoTable1inAnnex“TechnologicalCodesforPressureTesting”）,andthenbemaintainedforatleast30minutes;thereafter,allweldedjointsandconnectionsshallbeinspected.Ifnoleakageisfound,thevesselshallbedeemedasqualified.Ifanyleakageisfound,thetestingshallbecarriedoutagainaftersuchleakageisrepaired.Thecheckonleakagemaybecarriedoutbyobservingthechangeinoutputcurveofpressurerecorder.
5.2常压容器试验时，压力应缓慢上升，达到规定试验压力（参照附件《压力试验工艺守则》表一）后，应保持30分钟以上，并检查所有焊接接头和连接部位。
应无渗漏为合格，如有渗漏，修补后重新试验。
渗漏检查可观察压力记录仪输出曲线的变化。
5.3Inthecourseoftesting,thetestingpressureshallberaisedslowlyuntilthespecifiedvalueisreached,andthenbemaintainedfor30minutes;thereafter,thepressureshallbeloweredto80%ofthespecifiedvalue,andthenbemaintainedforenoughtime;allweldedjointsandconnectionsshallbeinspected.Ifneitherleakagenorpressuredropisfound,thevesselshallbedeemedasqualified.Ifthereisleakage,thetestingshallbecarriedoutagainaftersuchleakageisrepaired.
5.3压力容器试验时，压力应缓慢上升，达到规定试验压力后，保持压力30分钟。
然后将压力降至规定试验的80％，并保持足够长的时间对所有的焊接接头和连接部位进行检查。
无渗漏，无压降为合格。
如有渗漏，修补后重新试验。
5.4Inthecourseofpressuretesting,itisprohibitedtogetthetestingpressureexceedthespecifiedvalue,itisprohibitedtogetthevesselcollidedwithanyheavyarticle,itisprohibitedtomaintainthetestingpressurebymeansofcontinuouspressurization,anditisprohibitedtotightenupboltsunderpressure.
5.4在压力试验过程中，严禁超出规定的试验压力值，严禁用任何重物碰击容器。
不得采用连续加压来维持试验压力不变。
不得带压紧固螺栓。
5.5Inthecourseofhydrauclitesting,ifanyabnormalnoise,pressuredrop,paintpeelingorotherabnormalphenomenonisfound,thetestingshallbesuspendedimmediately,thesituationshallbereportedtorelevantpersonnel,thecausethereofshallbeidentified,andthetestingshallproceedonlyafterthetroubleiseliminated.
5.5液压试验中，如有发现异常响声，压力下降，油漆剥落，或出现其他不正常现象，当即停止试验，并上报有关人员，查明原因，必须在故障排除后再进行试压。
5.6Ifthefollowingconditionsaresatisfiedafterthehydrauclitestingforpressurevesseliscompleted,thevesselshallbedeemedasqualified:
5.6压力容器液压试验后，符合下列情况，即为合格：
●Thereisnoleakage
●无泄漏
●Thereisnovisibleabnormaldeformation
●无可见的异常变形
●Thereisnoabnormalnoiseintthecourseoftesting
●试验过程中无异常的响声
●Asforanymaterialofwhichthetensilestrengthislessthan540MPA,noflawisfoundonsurfacethroughnon-destructivetesting.
●抗拉强度小于540MPA的材料，表面经无损检测抽查未发现裂纹。
5.7Afterthehydraulictestingfornewly-manufacturedpressurevesseliscompleted,theliquidshallbedrainedaway,andtheinsideofvesselshallbedriedbycompressedair.
5.7新制造的压力容器液压试验完毕后，应将液体排尽并用压缩空气将其内部吹干。
5.8Wateristakenasthemediumforhydrauclitesting,andthewaterusedshallbeclean.Asforthewaterusedtotestthepressurevesselmadeofaustenitestainlesssteel,thecontentofchlorineionshallbelessthan25mg/L.Afterthevesselsuccessfullypassesthetesting,thewaterstainthereonshallbeclearedawayimmediately.
5.8液压试验以水为介质，其所用的水必须是洁净的，用做试验奥氏不锈钢压力容器的水，其氯离子含量应控制在25mg/L以下。
试验合格后，应立即将水渍去除干净。
6GasPressureTesting
6气压试验
6.1Unlessotherwisespecifiedindrawingorotherwiseagreedbytechnicaldepartment,thehydrauclitestingmaynotbereplacedbygaspressuretesting.
6.1气压试验除图纸标明或事先征技术部门同意外，一般不得以气压试验代替液压试验。
6.2Thegasusedingaspressuretestingshall为dryandcleanair,nitrogenorotherinertgas.
6.2气压试验所用气体，应为干燥、清洁的空气、氮气或其他惰性气体。
6.3Asforcarbon-steelorlow-alloysteelpressurevessel,thetemperatureofgasusedingaspressuretestingmaynotbelessthan15℃;asforpressurevesselmadeofothermaterials,thetemperatureofgasusedingaspressuretestingshallmeettherequirementsofdesigndrawing.
6.3碳素钢和低合金钢压力容器的试验用气体温度不得低于15℃，其他材料制压力容器，其试验气体温度应符合设计图纸规定。
6.4Thepressureshallberaisedslowlyto10%ofspecifiedtestingpressure（PleaserefertoTable1inAnnex“TechnologicalCodesforPressureTesting”）,andthenbemaintainedfor5-10minutes;thereafter,allweldingseamsandconnectionsshallbepreliminarilyinspected;ifthereisnoleakage,thepressuremayberaisedto50%ofspecifiedtestingpressure;ifthereisnoabnormalphenomenon,thepressuremay,atthestepof10%ofspecifiedtestingpressure,begraduallyraisedtothetestingpressureandthenbemaintainedfor30minutes;thereafter,thepressureshallbereducedto80%ofspecifiedtestingpressureandbemaintainedforenoughtimeforcarryingoutcheck,andinthecourseofcheck,thepressureshallremainunchanged.Thepracticetomaintainthetestingpressurebymeansofcontinuouspressurizationmaynotbeadopted.
6.4应先缓慢升至规定试验压力（参照附件《压力试验工艺守则》表一）的10％，保压5～10分钟，并对所有的焊缝和连接部位进行初次检查；如无泄漏可继续升压至规定试验压力的50％，如无异常现象，其后按每级为规定试验压力的10％，逐级升压到试验压力，保压30分钟；然后降至规定压力的80％，保压足够时间进行检查，检查期间压力应保持不变。
不得采用连续加压以维持试验压力不变的做法。
6.5Thepressureveeelsshallbedeemedasqualifiedifnoabnormalnoiseoccurs,nogasleakageisfoundbysoapyliquidorbyothermeansandnovisibleabnormaldeformationcoccursinthecourseofpressuretesting.Inthecourseofpressuretesting,itisprohibitedtotightenupanyboltunderpressure.
