Backgroundofbusiness

WiththedevelopmentandripenessofChina'sgarmentindustry,itsInternationalCompetitivenessincludethequalityofproductsinnovationadvantage,productdevelopment,culturalinnovationofhigh-leveladvantageswhichhasinsteadofthelaborcostadvantage.

ThemeaningofInternationalmarketfortheChina’sgarmentindustryismorethanexports,because"resources"hasbeenreferredtoanimportantposition,peopleshouldkeepaneyeonit.

InternationalIndustrialresourcesexistinthedesign,development,production,marketing,andmanagement,promotionandsoonallofaspectsthatincludehuman,financial,material,intangibleassetsandotherfields;therationalandefficientutilizationofinternationalresources.

Theindustry,profitsofenterprisesisamajorsourceofnew,moreChineseproductstointernationalmarketsisakeytothedoor.

Ⅱ.CompanyIntroduction

1.Ensembleintroductionofourcompany:

Inordertoshowthefashion,toprovidetheproductswithgoodqualityandreasonableprice,tosavethetimeandbringtheclienttoareallybuyingofficeforfashionandfashionaccessories,theSimpleLifeGarmentsTradingCompanywasborn!

Ourcompanyhasfivepartners.Threeofthemhavetheirwovengarmentmanufactories;othershavetheirownknittedproductmanufactories.Thereare700peopleworkindifferentmanufactories.Thesemanufactoriescanproducethegoodswithclientrequirementatanytime.Meanwhile,inJanuary,2006,wesetupourSimpleLife-SpeedSamplingRoomwhichhas13employees.Thiswouldbeagreathelptothebuyerswhohavetheirowndesigngoods.

2.Productclassification:

AsasupplyChainManageracrossmanyproducers,ourmainbusinesscoverallkindsofwovengarmentsmanufactories,suchasleisuredown,feathertouchpadding,P.Pfillerorwithoutfillingjacketsorcoats,fashionpantsandskirtsandfashionsuits,realleathergarments.Meanwhile,variationsofknittedproducts,suchanT-shirt,sweaterjackets,sweaters.Bothwovenandknittedgarments,wedoalotofgarmentheavywasherandpigmentgarmentdyingstyleswhichlooksmoreoriginalandunique!

Besides,wealsodothehardgoodssuchasfashionaccessories,furnishings,gifts,andgripsackandtravellingcase.OurcurrentproductsaresoldgoodforChainStores,Designerlabels,FashionhousesandImportersbasedinGermany,France,UK,Swiss.

3.Corporateculture:

3.1.Teamwork

Itisworkperformedbyateamtowardsacommongoal.

Inordertocultivatethepositiveworkingstyleandatmosphere,aharmoniousinterpersonalrelationshipwithintheteamisextremelycrucial.Allteammatesoughttobesincere,respectful,generous,trustfulandregardfultoeachother.Everymemberoftheteamshoulddisciplinehimselforherselfandsparenoeffortstoformadynamicteaminwhichwecancomplementoneanother’scapabilities,shoulderresponsibilities,gothroughsetbacksandsharebenefitstogether.

Theshort-termgoalofourcompanyistoexpandtheItalianmarket.

AsweallknowItalyistheheavenoffashion,MilanFashionWeekisoneofthemostfamousFashionWeek.Wecanseealotofwordfamousbrandtakeanactivepartinthisactivity,suchasGucciLV,Prada,Versace,Giorgio,Armaniandsoon.OurproductswithfashionstyleandgoodqualitywillhavebroadmarketinItaly.Thereasonablepricewillbethebiggestcompetitiveadvantage.
