WehavelistedmostprobableanswersinourQuestionnaireandreceivedthefollowingresults.

Generallyspeaking,accordingtothefeedbackinformationfromChongqinguniversitystudents,maincausesofsmokingcanbedividedintothreeparts.First,youngpeopleblindlyimitatepeoplearoundthem.
Second,smokersarepeoplewhowanttoexpandtheirnetworkor/andacquire“goodmanners”.Third,peoplewanttogetpsychologicalcomfortfromcigarettesandcontroltheiremotions,suchassadness,uneasiness,anxietyandsoon.Therootcauseamongthesethreemainreasonsofsmokingistheenvironment.YoungpeopleingeneralandstudentsofChongqinguniversityareeasilyaffectedbytheenvironmentaroundthemwhichdetermineswhetherapersondevelopsahabitofsmokingornot.Manysmokers’parentsgetadivorceortheirrelationshipisunfavorableforthefamily.Certainly,parentsshouldsetagoodexamplefortheirchildren.Similarly,friendsshouldhavepositiveinfluencewhichunfortunatelyisnotalwaysthecase.
