ABSTRACT

Withthedevelopmentofmobilecommunicationtechnologyandgreatimprovementofpeople'slivingstandard,themobilephonehasbecomeanecessitythatpeoplecarryindailylife,moreandmoreapplicationshadbeeningtakenbyusingmobilecommunicationsystembasestationtoobtaintrafficdata.

Underthebackgroundofcommunicationtechnologygraduallybecomemature,thisarticleisbasedonmobilecommunicationnetworkdatatoanalyzethetravelODofthemainurbanareasofBeijing.Themainworkareasfollows:

(1)Firstly,thearticlesketchesthemobilenetworkcommunicationdata,includingthechoiceofpositioningsystem,thesourceformatofacquiredmobiledataandhowtodealwithsourcedata,andtheanalysisofthemobilenetworkdatacharacteristics.

(2)BasedonthedistributionofBeijingbasestation,thepaperusebasestationdataandK-meansClusteringmethodbasedonWeightedmarkovdistancetodividestudyareaofBeijingintotrafficzone.

(3)AccordingtotheabovedatacharacteristicsanalysisandtrafficareadivisiontoanalyzetheODofstudyingarea,mainlyincludeODinformationacquisition,trafficgenerationanalysis,trafficattractionanalysis,analysisoftrafficdistributionbetweenzones,andestablishtheODdesirelinemapthatODamountismorethan200passengersbetweenareathatfairlyintuitiveshowstheODdistributionbetweenthestudyingarea.

I.INTRODUCTION

Withthedevelopmentofcommunicationtechnology,mobilecommunicationnetworkhasbeenabletouniversallycovermajorareaofthecity,peopleintheprocessoftravel,cellphonebecomenecessary.Basedonmobilecommunicationnetworkdatatodetecteandacquirethetrafficdatahasbecomeoneofthefrontiersandhotspotsinthefieldoftraffic.Mobilebasestationisafixedtrafficdetector,thetrafficparticipantspassthebasestation,mobilephoneisamobiledetector,thusallofthemformaholographictrafficdataacquisitionsystem.Comparedwiththetraditionaltrafficdatadetecter,themobilecommunicationnetworkmethodhasmanyadvantagessuchaslowercost、lessinvestmentinequipment、dataupdatefrequencyhigh、accuratepositioning,etc.

Underthebackgroundofmobilenetworkdatadetectionandacquisition,combinedwiththebasestationlocationinformationtodividestudyareaofBeijing,AccordingtotheacquisiondatafrombasestationtoanalyzestudyingareatrafficcharacteristicsandtravelOD.TheODanalysisreflectingthetraveldemandofurbantrafficandtrafficdistribution,isthefoundationofurbantrafficplanningandmanagement.ODsurveystudyabroadisearlierthaninChina,inthe1880s,foreignODestimationmethodhasbeenproposed.

In1984,Chris.Hetal.putforwardthemaximumentropyofODestimationmodel[1],theODmatrixiscalculatedaccordingtotheobservationofroad.Thesameyear,Ennio.CusingtheleastsquareprincipleputforwardthegeneralizedleastsquaresODestimationmodel[2].HazeltonusingthemethodoftheunbalanceddistributionofnetworktracebackODmatrix,solvedthefeecrowdednetworkODestimationproblemin2000[3].In2001,CascettausedequilibriumassignmentorstochasticuserequilibriumassignmentmethodtosolvethecrowdednetworkofODestimationproblem[4].Foreignscholarsalsoputforwardmanymethodssuchastheminimumamountofinformationmodel,Maximumlikelihoodmodel,bayesianinferencemodeletal.

TheODanalysisresearchstartedrelativelylateinChina,In2000,DuanjinyudesignedpackageapplicationframeworktoestimateODmatrixbasedonthemaximumentropymodel[5].In2003,Zhouhepingputforwardbygeneticalgorithmbasedonstochasticsimulation.TherearealsomanyscholarsputforwardmanymethodssuchasZhangguoqiangetal.useVisumsimulationtechnologytoestimateODmatrix,makeingfulluseofthelandsurveydata,thetransportationnetworkandcombilingwithtrafficsimulationsoftware,improvetheefficiencyoftheODmatrixestimation[6].AndGaoziyouetal.putforwardMulti-modebi-levelprogrammingalgorithm,Wangweietal.usetheleastsquaremethodtointroducepenaltyfunctionsolvingmethod.Luhuapuetal.putforwardfourkeyquestionsofresearchaboutdynamicOD,thatistheselectionofstatevariables,systemequation,therelationshipbetweenODtrafficvolumeandroadtrafficflow,thereflectionofODmatrixamiccharacteristicandgivesthesolutionofkeyproblems,layingthefoundationofdynamicODdomestictheoryofChina[7].

Theapplicationbasedonmobilepositioningintraffic,doalotofresearchathomeandabroad.Foreignscholarsdomoreresearchofmobilephonepositioningfortrafficinformationandtrafficparameterestimation,trafficinformationestimationparametersaremainlytrafficvolume,vehiclespeed,trafficcondition,etc.Inthedomesticresearchstartedrelativelylate,belongstotheprimarystage,mainlyfocusonmobilephonepositioningandmapmatchingalgorithmtheoryresearch,etc.

In2003,Rattietc.inthecity'sperceptionlabofMassachusettsinstituteoftechnologystudiedtheurbantrafficdynamicpicturebasedonmobilephonedata,intheexperiment,usingthegraz,Austriathousandsofmobiledatareal-timepositioningmappedthedynamicreal-timedisplaycitycrowdmovingpicture(8-9).Europelaunchedmobiletrafficservicesystem,itsimportantpurposeistoobtainthetrafficinformation.N.Cacereetc.usemobiledatatoobtaintravelspeedandODtravelinformation.DomesticresearchsuchasZhulei,Sunyaetc.studiedtraveltimedetectionbasedonmobilelocationandputforwardalgorithmbasedonconnectivityandtopologyrelationshipofroadmapmatching.TheaboveexamplesareconcreteapplicationandresearchofmobilenetworkintheanalysisofOD.Ingeneral,EuropeandtheUnitedStatesnationalresearchismorematurethaninChina.Butthereisplentyofspaceresearchinthepositioningaccuracyofdensity,samplingfrequencyetc..

Thispaperbasingonthetrafficcharacteristicsofbasestation,combilingwiththebasestationlocationinformationandgeographicinformationsystemdividesthetrafficarea,andthenanalyzethecharacteristicsoftheregionaltransportationandtravelOD.

Mobilenetworkasanewwayoftrafficdataacquisition,providingaholographicpicturetotheanalysisofurbantraffic,isaneffectivewaytoimprovethecitytrafficinformationthatthecharacteristicsdataaresingle,heterogeneous,mixeddifficultsituationwhenobtainthedataandsolveholographiclackofmechanismanalysis,andhasastrongtheoreticalsignificanceandpracticalsignificance.

II.THEANALYSISOFMOBILECOMMUNICATIONNETWORKDATAFEATURES

AThebriefofGSMmobilecommunicationnetworkpositioningsystem

Atpresent,Chinesemobile’snetworkismainlythesecondgenerationand2.5generationcellularcommunicationnetwork,whichistheGSMandCDMAtechnology.Thethirdgenerationmobilecommunicationnetworkisalsofastandpopular.Mobilecommunicationnetworkcanachievethewholecityareacoverage.

ThispapermainlyusebasedonGSMmobilecommunicationnetworkpositioningsystem(cellID)technology,throughthemobileterminalandthewirelessnetworkaccesstouser'sactuallocationinformation,soastoobtainthetrafficinformation.TheGSMnetworkconsistsofmanycelllikehoneycombconstructed,eachcellisequippedwithabasestationwithanumber,whichisCell-ID.Accordingtothedistributionofthebasestationandthesizeofthecoverage,thebasestationcanbedividedintomacroandmicrocell,andtheircoverageradiusis1-25kmand30-300mrespectively.TheFCCannouncedtheE-911tobecomethefirstcivilianareasofwirelesspositioningsystem.Basedonthenetworktechnology,therequirementsof67%ofthecallaccuracyisnotlessthan100meters,requiring95%ofthecallaccuracyisnotlessthan300meters.Generalinthefollowingcircumstances,themobilephonewilluploadlocationinformation.

Intheuseofnetworkcommunication,suchastelephone,hairinformation,networking,etc.

Whenthephoneisregisteredinthecommunicationnetwork,themobilephoneisinstandbyorintheconditionofapplication,thenetworkwillfindthemobilephone'sLAClocation,soastofindthecorrespondingcellnumberisCell-ID.AslongasthegeographiclocationinformationandthecoverageradiusoftheCellcells,whichcanconfirmtheuser'sposition.Cell-IDlocationaccuracydependsontheradiusoftheCellcell,inthecity,thebasestationareaismoredense,theCell-IDlocationcanmeettherequirementsoftrafficinformationextraction.

BPre-processofMobilecommunicationnetworkdata

Betweenaseriesofmobilephoneusersthroughthebasestationnetworkactivitywillproducethelocationinformation,andismobilebusinesscenterrecordstoredinthedatabase.Investigationtosomemobilecompany,wecanrecordtheinformationofmobilephoneusersincludinguseridentificationnumber,phonenumber,locationarea(LAC)andtheCell,triggeringeventtype,recordingtimeandotherinformation.Figure2andtable1representtheprimarydatasampleofthemobilecommunicationnetworkdata,andthebasestationlocationbasedinformationdatasample.
