竞技健美操运动员上肢力量训练方法的分析

摘要:

竞技健美操运动属于“技能主导类表现难美型”项群,从竞技健美操难度动作的特点及规则对难度动作的要求来看,运动员的上肢力量在完成成套动作中处于非常重要的地位。

但通过比赛可以看出,与国内先进水平相比,李宁体操学校竞技健美操运动员在动作难度上,特别是力量性动作方面差距较大,尤其是在上肢力量方面最为明显。

为了尽快改变这一现象,该文拟从训练学角度对李宁体操学校竞技健美操运动员上肢力量训练进行研究,以期对训练实践有所促进。

结果显示:

(1)当前李宁体操学校竞技健美操运动员上肢力量训练的方法主要有徒手训练如:

俯卧撑、倒立推起;器械训练如:

两手宽握杠铃、上推举杠铃、手握杠铃;

(2)上肢力量素质的提高,有利于竞技健美操难度动作的学习、掌握和发展;加强上肢力量有利于提高上肢的控制能力,对完成成套动作的质量有直接的帮助。

(3)竞技健美操学生的上肢力量训练是一项系统工程,要创造优异成绩必须在研究竞赛规则、研究项目特点的基础上,努力做到训练的系统性、全面性、专项性和区别性。

Contestaerobicssporttobelongto"technicalabilitypredominancethetypeexpressadifficultbeautifultype"items,seetotherequestthatthedifficultyactedfromcharacteristicsandruleoftournamentaerobicsdifficultyaction,theathlete'sarmsstrengthbecomesasettobeplacedinacountformuchpositionintheactioninthecompletion.Butpassagamecansee,comparedwiththelocaladvancedlevel,LininggymnasticsschoolinPekingcontestsaerobicstheathleteisinactingadifficulty,especiallystrengthactionaspectmarginmorebig,isparticularlythemostobviousinthearmsstrength.Forchangingthisphenomenonassoonaspossible,thattextdrawsuptolearnanglefromthetraininganathletearmsstrengththetrainingcarryonaresearchtohavetopromotetowardstrainingfulfillmentbyexpectingtotheathleticsLininggymnasticsschoolaerobicsinPeking.Showasaresult:

TheFuliestosupport,thehandstandstarttopushetc.;Theapparatustrainssuchas:

TwohandbreadthsholdGangbellanduprecommendaGangbell,handstandtouppushovertosign,holdGangbell...etc.;

(2)Theexaltationofarmsstrengthcharacterisadvantageoustothestudythatcontestsaerobicsdifficultyactionandcontrolanddevelop;Strengthenthearmsstrengthtoisadvantageoustothecontrolabilitiesthatraisesarms,havedirecthelptothequalitythatcompletesintosetaction.(3)Contestaerobicsstudentofthearmsstrengthtrainingisasystemengineering,creatingtheexcellentresulthastomakegreatefforttoattaindisciplinalsysteminstudyingcontestruleandstudyingthefoundationofitemcharacteristics,comprehensive,particularlyitemanddifferentiation.

1.1选题依据

竞技健美操是一项在音乐伴奏下,能够表现连续、复杂、高强度动作成套动作的运动项目,该项目起源于传统的有氧健身运动:

成套动作必须通过连续的动作组合,展示运动员的柔韧性和力量、七种基本步伐的多样性操化动作组合、结合难度动作完美完成成套动作的竞技能力。
