工厂/设计产品测试：
BVT是BuildVerificationTest，基本验证测试，对完成的代码进行编译和连接，产生一个构造，以检查程序的主要功能是否会像预期一样进行工作。
EVT是EngineerVerificationTest，工程样品验证测试。
DVT是DesignVerificationTest的简称，设计验证测试，是硬件生产中不可缺少的一个检测环节，包括模具测试、电子性能、外观测试等等。
PVT全称为ProcessVerificationTest，意为小批量过程验证测试，硬件测试的一种，主要验证新机型的各功能实现状况并进行稳定性及可靠性测试。

DVT：
Design VerificationTest，是由开发样机阶段向生产样机阶段转换所必须的技术评审,
DVT阶段：
指从EVT评审通过后到DVT评审的阶段。
包括模具测试、电子性能、外观测试等.
重点是确认：
1、是否符合产品定义要求，2、可否批量生产，由项目部输出评审报告。
PVT：
ProductionVerificationTest，是由生产样机阶段向量产阶段转换所必须的技术评审,
PVT阶段：
指从DVT评审通过后到PVT评审的阶段。
主要验证新机型的各功能实现状况并进行稳定性及可靠性测试。
重点是确认：
能否量产，由项目部输出评审报告。

工程验证测试
产品开发初期的设计验证。
设计者实现样品时做初期的测试验证，包括功能和安规测试，一般由RD（Research&Development）对样品进行全面验证，因是样品，问题可能较多，测试可能会做N次。
DVT:
DesignVerificationTest
设计验证测试
解决样品在EVT阶段的问题后进行，对所有信号的电平和时序进行测试，完成安规测试，由RD和DQA（DesignQualiyAssurance）验证。
此时产品基本定型。
DMT:
DesignMaturityTest
成熟度验证
可与DVT同时进行，主要极限条件下测试产品的MTBF（MeanTimeBetweenFailure）。
HALT（HighAcceleratedLifeTest）&HASS（HighAcceleratedStressScreen）等，是检验产品潜在缺陷的有效方法。
PVT:

小批量过程验证测试，
验证新机型的各功能实现状况并进行稳定性及可靠性测试。
MVT:

量产验证测试
