梦幻迪拜TheFutureinDubai

Hereisonlyasmallportionofthebuildingsthatarebeingproposed,constructedordevelopedindubaianditssurroundingregion。

迪拜塔

1.    the'BurjDubai'isasupertallskyscraper。

Itwasthetallestman-madestructureintheworld.ItwasdesignedbyAdrianSmithwhoworkedwiththebuilding'sarchitectureandengineeringfirmSkidmore,OwingsandMerrilluntil2006.Asofmarch1,2008thebuildingmeasured611.3mtall.OnSeptember12,2007,itpassedToronto'sCNtowertobecometheworld'stallestfreestandingstructure.

2．'Thecloud'isaspeculativedesignforaresortcityelevated300metersintheairaboveDubaiandsupportedonslantinglegsresemblingrain.ItisdesignedbynadimkaramofLebanesearchitectatelierHapsitus.Itisahorizontalpresenceonanelevatedplatform,anantithesistothesumofskyscrapersspreadingovertheentireregion.

3．“Zahahadid”dancingtowersareplannedtobelocatedinDubai’sbusinessbaydevelopmentarea.Theplanconsistsofthreebuildingswhichriseupfromthegroundbendingandintertwiningwitheachothertocreatefluidanimationoftheforms.

4．'Opus'isanotherDubaibuildingdesignedbyBritisharchitectZahaHadid.The235millionGBPdevelopmentsweredesignedforthebusinessbayforOmniyatproperties.Itstandsat20storieslocatednexttothetoweringburjdubai.hadid'sconceptwastohavethebuildingopenontothecity,framingtheviews.Itiscurrentlyunderdevelopmentandisplannedtobecompletedby2010.

5．'0-14tower'wasdesignedbyResierandUmemotoandRurarchitecturepcalongwithDubaideveloper,shahabLutfi.ThebuildingwasdesignedforDubai’sbusinessbayandfeatures22floorscoveredinadoubleskinfacadethat'soutermostskinisconstructedfrom40c,thickperforatedconcrete.Theonemeterspacebetweentheskinscreatesachimneyeffect,coolingthebuilding.

这幢标新立异的大楼叫做“0-14”，由Reiser+UmemotoRUR建筑设计公司和迪拜房地产开发商ShahabLutfi共同设计。

“0-14”专为迪拜商业湾打造，楼高22层，附有双层墙面，镂空的外层由40厘米厚的多孔混凝土制成，两层之间的空间有1米，这能产生一种类似于烟囱的效应，给整幢大楼散热。

6．'Dubaigrandpyramid'obviouslyderivesitsformfromtheEgyptianpyramids,withamoderntwist..thispyramidwillbeamulti-usespaceandwillbeflankedbytwosmallerpyramidshousingthedeveloperfalconcity’sofficesandcommercialspaceforathemepark.

7.阿拉伯刀片

The'Arabianblade'isamixed-usetower.Thebuildingwasinspiredbyplantformsandcombinesseveralvolumesintooneunit.Itwillcontainresidences,ahotelandcommercialspace.

这是一座由ClaudioCatalano设计的多功能塔。

设计灵感来自植物造型，设计师将几个建筑单元整合一起。

“阿拉伯刀片”将包含几个住宅区，一家酒店和一个商业中心。

8.迪拜四塔

'Dubaitowers'isthecenterpieceforthelarge'lagoons'development.thebuildingsandthedevelopmentwereallconceivedofbyTVS.thefourtowersrangeinsizefrom54to97floors

andwereinspiredbytheflamesandmovementofcandlelight.

迪拜四塔是大型“泻湖”开发项目最引人注目的建筑。

9.迪拜明珠

'Dubaipearl'wasoriginallyconceivedbytheOmnixGropin2002buthassincebeentakenoverbyaconsortiumofinvestorsledbythealfahimgroup.The3billionUSDprojectoverlooksthepaljumeriahandcovers1.4millionsquaremetersoftheDubaimediaandtechnologyfreezone.

“迪拜明珠”最初是由Omnix 集团在2002年构思出来的，但是之后奥法赫姆集团（AlFahimGroup）领导下的一个投资者联盟对它产生很大兴趣。

10.达·芬奇塔

ArchitectDavidFisheristhedesignerofthe'Davincirotatingtower',oneofthemostinnovativeanuniquebuildingstobebuiltinDubai.The250metertowerwillalloweachfloortorotatefreelyallowingthebuildingtoshiftitsshape.Inbetweeneachfloorhorizontalwindturbineswillallowthebuildingtoproduceenergy.

“达·芬奇塔”（亦称动态建筑大楼）由DavidFisher设计，高达250米，位于阿联酋的迪拜。

整幢大楼可以不断变换外形。

这是世界上独一无二的。

涡轮机安装在两个旋转楼层之间，随着楼层不停地活动，它们将产生能量。

11．迪拜海底酒店

Hydropolisisacompanywhoproducesunderwaterresortsinplacesallovertheworld, 

includingDubai.Its220suiteswillsit66feetbelowthePersianGulf.Costissuesandconcernsovertheproject'senvironmentalimpacthavehaltedtheprojectwhichwasoriginallyexpectedtobecompletedthisyear.

海底酒店公司设计的水下度假胜地遍布世界各地，它融入到了迪拜一望无际的滨水地区。

它由220个房间组成，且在波斯湾水下66英尺。

12．Synergy大楼

'Synergy'isanotherbuildingdesignedbyIndia’sSanjayPuriforDubai’sbusinessbayarea.The20-storybuildingwasdesignedtoappearlikeastackofcubesthatwerefluidlymerged.Onesideoverlooksthepromenadeinfrontwhiletheothersidefacesalake.ThefacadeispuncturedbyadecorativemotifderivedfromIslamicart.

这个引人注目的二十层商业办公大楼名为Synergy，位于阿拉伯迪拜商业海湾地区。

由建筑SanjayPuri设计的。

这座20层大楼由流动性的立方体堆积而成，一侧俯瞰前方的散步走廊，侧面是镂空的，设计灵感来自伊斯兰艺术。
