Thesurveycomeinthewakeofacheatingscandalattheuniversitywhichsaw120studentsinvestigatedforsharinganswersonanexamin2022.Onerecentgraduatestated:

“CheatingwascommonplacewhenIwasatHarvard,especiallywithstudentsintheirfirstyearortwo.Iwouldsayasmanyas60percentofstudentstooknotesintosomeexams.Noonereallycaredandthefaculty,willsomeofthematleast,seemedtorecognizeandyetignoretheproblem.”
