2静电除尘器

2ESP

2.1简介

2.1Overview

DCY型系列高压静电除尘器是新型高效除尘装置，是一种抑制局部和分散扬尘点粉尘的飞扬，使含尘空气就地净化，消除污染，保护环境，回收有用物料，发展综合利用的先进设备。

该设备主要用于火力发电厂粮饲加工冶金矿山铸造化工水泥厂以及其它各类粉尘扬尘点的除尘。

适用于无导电尘埃和无腐蚀性气体，无爆炸危险的含尘气体的除尘。

DCY型系列小型高压静电除雾除尘器采用了如大功率恒流脉冲电源单电源变电子发射技术等一系列高精尖技术，具有除尘效率高，稳定性好耗电省阴极免震打维护少抗结露噪声小连续稳定运行等优点，相对布袋除尘器经常需要更换布袋，维护工作量大以及水浴除尘器设施庞大煤尘回收麻烦来说，本装置具有显著的优点。

DCYserieshigh-voltageelectrostaticprecipitatorisanewefficientdustremovaldevicedevelopedbyourcompany.Itisalsoakindofadvancedequipmenttoinhibitflyingdustatlocallydisperseddust-generatingpoints,tolocallypurifydustyair,toeliminatepollution,toprotecttheenvironment,toretrieveusefulmaterialsandtodevelopcomprehensiveutilization.Thisequipmentismainlyusedfordustremovalatvariousdust-generatingpointssuchasthermalpowerplants,grainandfeedprocessing,metallurgy,mines,casting,chemicalindustryandcementworks.Itisapplicabletodustremovalfordustyairwithoutconductivedust,corrosivegasandexplosionrisk.DCYseriessmall-sizehighvoltageelectrostaticdemisterandprecipitatoradoptsaseriesofadvancedtechnologieslikelarge-powerconstant-currentpulsepowersupply,singlepowersupplyvariableelectronemittingtechnology.Itfeatureshighdustremovalefficiency,wellstability,lowpowerconsumption,rapping-freecathode,lessmaintenance,anti-dewing,lownoiselevelaswellascontinuousandstableoperation.Thisdevicehasstrikingadvantages,comparedwithbag-typedustremoverswherebagsoftenneededtobereplacedandworkloadonmaintenanceislargeandwithwaterbathdedusterwherethefacilityislargeanditisinconvenienttoretrievecoaldust.

2.1.1除尘器原理与结构

2.1.1ESPprincipleandstructure

A原理

APrinciple

（1）DCY系列小型高压静电除尘器的控制由控制箱，整流器之间电压电流反馈系统构成闭环自动调节系统，调节系统直接控制除尘器对粉尘的自动请求除尘处理。

（1）DCYseriessmall-sizehighvoltageelectrostaticprecipitatoriscontrolledbyaclosed-loopautomaticregulationsystemcomposedofcontrolboxandvoltageorcurrentfeedbacksystembetweenrectifiers.ThisregulationsystemcandirectlycontrolautomaticdustremovalbytheESP.

（2）硅高压整流器的作用是将输入可控电压进行升压整流，向电场输送直流高压。

（2）Siliconhigh-voltagerectifierismainlyusedtoincreaseandrectifytheinputcontrollablevoltageandthentransmitshighDCvoltagetotheelectricfield.

（3）除尘器本体为立式蜂窝方管道结构，多个并列的方管道为收尘极，方管道中心为电晕线在电除尘器本体的阳极板（收尘极）和阴极线（电晕线）间施加负高压直流电压时，便在阳极板和阴极线间产生一种不均匀高压电场，当施加电压足够时，阴极线附近产生电晕放电，形成大量的电子和正负离子，当含尘烟气通过电场时，粉尘吸附离子或电子而荷电，荷电粉尘在电场力作用下，向异极移动，到达收尘极板（阳极板）的粉尘在电场力和粉尘粘力的作用下沉积在其上面，并向极板释放其电荷，收尘极板上的粉尘达到一定厚度时，通过定时振打阳极板的方式或粉尘堆积后的自重自动剥离落于集灰斗内，经电动液压锁气门自动排出。

库顶式电除尘器无集灰斗，其收集粉尘直接落于煤仓内。

上述过程不断进行，达到净化烟气的目的。

（3）ESPbodyisverticalcellularstructuremadeofsquarepipes.Severalparallelsquarepipesformthedustcollectingelectrode.Thecenterofthesquarepipeiscoronawire.WhennegativehighDCvoltageisappliedbetweenanodeplate（dustcollectingelectrode）andcathodewire（coronawire）ofESPbody,anunevenhigh-voltageelectricfieldoccursbetweenanodeplateandcathodewire.Whenvoltageappliedissufficient,coronadischargeoccursnearthecathodewiretogeneratealargeamountofelectronsandcationsandanions.Whenthedustygaspassesthroughtheelectricfield,dustischargedduetoadsorbingionsorelectrons.Thechargeddustmovestotheoppositeelectrodeundertheactionofelectricfieldforce.Dustarrivingatthedustcollectingplate（anodeplate）depositsonitundertheactionofelectricforceanddustcohesiveforceandreleasesitschargestotheplate.Whendustonthedustcollectingplatereachesacertainthickness,itwillautomaticallyfallintothedusthopperthroughregularrappingatanodeplateorbyitsweightafteraccumulation.Thenitwillbedischargedautomaticallythroughelectrichydrauliclockvalve.RooftypeESPhasnodusthopperandcollecteddustdirectlyfallsintothecoalbunker.Theaboveprocessesarerepeatedconsistentlytopurifythegas.

智能控制系统是集计算机通讯等新技术研制开发的高科技产品。

它适用于电除尘器在线监控和管理，可实现电除尘器的高压硅整流设备低压振打及卸灰等设备的远程控制。

本系统适用于电除尘扩展的各个领域，特别是电力行业，是提高电除尘器自动控制水平，达到保效节能运行目的的重要设备。

Intelligentcontrolsystemisakindofhigh-techproductdevelopedwithnewtechnologiesoncomputerandcommunication.ItisapplicabletoESPon-linemonitoringandmanagementforandcanrealizeremotecontrolonhigh-voltagesiliconrectifier,low-voltagerappingdeviceanddustunloadingdeviceofESP.Thissystemisapplicabletovariousextendedfieldsofelectrostaticprecipitation.Especially,inelectricpowerindustry,itistheimportantequipmenttoimproveautomaticcontrollevelofESPsandtorealizehighefficiencyandenergy-saving.

D.Structure

DCY系列电除尘器可分为三种类型：

（a）转运站式（立式或卧式）电除尘器，适用于转运站除尘，室外布置，一般采用水冲灰方式清灰；（b）输送带式（折返式或卧式）电除尘器，适用于输煤转运站，特别是煤仓间头部转运站，室内布置，所集粉尘直接落回皮带；（c）库顶式电除尘器，适用于煤仓间原煤斗除尘，所集粉尘直接落在煤仓里。

DCYseriesESPscanbeclassifiedintothreetypes:

（a）Transferstationtype（verticalorhorizontal）ESPsareapplicabletodedustingintransferstationandareoutdoorsinstalledandgenerallyadoptwaterwashingmethodfordustcleaning;（b）Conveyingbelttype（zigzag-typeorhorizontal）ESPsareapplicabletocoalconveyingtransferstation,especiallycoalbunkerbayheadtransferstationandareindoorsinstalledandcollecteddustdirectlyfallsontothebelt;（c）RooftypeESPsareapplicabletodedustinginrawcoalscuttleofcoalbunkerbayandcollecteddustdirectlyfallsontothecoalbunker.

DCY系列电除尘器本体主要结构包括：

阳极系统阴极系统阳极系统振打装置进出风口喇叭气流均布装置高压进线装置壳体集灰斗等。

MainstructuresofDCYseriesESPbodyinclude:

Anodesystem,cathodesystem,rappingdeviceofanodesystem,airinlet/outlethorn,airflowuniformdistributiondevice,high-voltageincominglinedevice,shellanddusthopper.
