学生健康监测制度

1、建立学生健康监测制，每位学生或学生家长下载“学安”APP，由教职员工对自己的健康状况每天如实申报，家长对学生健康状况每天如实上报，由班主任进行监管、统计。

坚持上报14天且无异常的学生，方可到校上课。

2、严格学生考勤制度，到校学生不得随意离开学校，离校实行报批制，考勤及复学按照《深圳xx中学初中考勤管理办法》和《深圳xx中学初中复学管理办法》执行。

3、进入校园的学生必需佩戴口罩，交通工具进入校园，要经过校门口消毒毯进行消杀毒。

4、身体不适（体温超过摄氏37.3度）的学生先到隔离室隔离，由家长领回及时诊治。

5、学生在校实行晨午检，确保在校学生体温无异常。

按照《深圳xx中学初中留观隔离流程》立即至隔离室进行隔离，回家后家长要对学生进行晚间，同时第二天早上对学生再次进行体温测量，体温正常的方可到校。

6、严格遵守学校卫生防疫要求，确保学生身体健康。
