4.Threesubmergedelectrodebathheaters

5.Cruciblesbathheaters

坩锅采用耐热不锈钢板密焊制成,并经过本厂X光探伤。

作为等温淬火盐炉使用时在坩锅内布置耐热不锈钢制成的速冷包四个,并在炉体上安装有电动往复摆动式料架,工件放在料架中,在硝盐液中往复运动,达到均温、等温淬火效果。

另配备压缩空气不锈钢进气管,在坩锅内底部组成多孔喷流管道,使硝盐液快速循环翻腾,达到硝盐液内任何一点温度均匀一致,通过硝盐炉自动控温电柜的配合使用,可使淬火工件在很短时间内快速冷却到等温淬火所需要的任何工艺温度内自动恒温。
